About this property

Enjoy island living in this secluded private neighborhood surrounded by acres of conservation land. Take pleasure in sunrise-to-sunset views over this protected landscape which is just minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and boasts one of the south shore's most secluded and spectacular sand beaches.

This four-bedroom house with a finished basement and a guest studio provides enough room for a large family. The first floor features a master bedroom with a king bed and cathedral ceilings, a smart TV and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other and share a full bathroom with a bath tub. The large wrap around high-ceiling covered porch offers an outdoor shower and a sitting area.

The second floor features an open area kitchen, dining and living rooms with a 50” smart TV, half bathroom all with tall cathedral ceilings and an open large deck with expanded views of the ocean. Enjoy a morning coffee or dinner on the deck while also watching the most amazing Nantucket sunsets!

The basement level offers additional sleeping area with two bunk beds along with a gaming area featuring a pool table and a steam room to complete your most enjoyable stay.

A separate studio room over a garage has a queen size bed and a full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and conservation land and provides a perfect viewpoint for beautiful sunrises.

Note: The garage space is not included in rental. Studio is winterized for the winter.

Pool and spa are usually open from May 15 till October 15. Both pool and spa are heated.

Extended Stay

Booked an extended stay at this property for a group of professional contractors working in the area. Found the rental to be in great condition and perfect for what we needed. Alesia was responsive to our requests, small issues were quickly addressed, and she went out of her way to accommodate us. Would highly recommend for Nantucket.

Great Location but Pool was under repair the entire time

The location was great, and the neighborhood was great. The pool, however, was never fully operational during our visit. We had to deal with a pool maintenance worker at the premises most days, and the heater and filter were never working correctly. We tried to be patient, but the repairs continued well over 4 weeks into our stay. The water was murky and had algae growing in it - really a shame.
