Very cosy, comfortable villa "Surphinia", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. 5 km from the centre of Bari Sardo, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 200 m from the sea. Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool with privacy (60 m2, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, barbecue house. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 200 m, rocky beach 1 km. Tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Arbatax 20 km, Villasimius 100 km, Cagliari 130 km. Das Haus ist super schön gelegen. Nur ein Katzensprung zum Strand. Der Pool ist toll. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte ohne Probleme und war sehr freundlich. Ein Problem wurde sofort gelöst und auf Wünsche ist er auch eingegangen. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt.

Entspannter Urlaub in top Lage

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt von Mauro. Er ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber. Er hat sich um all unsere Fragen gekümmert bzw. diese beantwortet. Wir bekamen leckere Kirschen und Zitronen. Vielen Dank!!! Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber, die Ausstattung der Küche mit Besteck, Utensilien, Gewürze, … ist top, wir hatten genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Decken, … Nur wenige Meter zum Strand mit toller Strandbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Wir hatten wunderschöne, entspannte ferien in dem tollen Haus! Das haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet! Der Vermieter M. ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wen wir eine frage hatten oder ein Problem war er sofort da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus sofort weiter empfehlen!

Das Ferienhaus ist äußerst gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem Komfort. Bestens ausgestattete Küche. Der Pool ist auch für kleine Schwimmrunden ausreichend groß und sehr gepflegt. Alles sehr sauber. Perfekte Lage in der Nähe des Strandes und ruhig gelegen. Auto empfehlenswert. Sehr netter und entspannter Vermieter, der für Tipps gut erreichbar ist.

Wir waren schon 8-mal im nördlichen Teil von Sardinien, sind aber nie in diese Gegend gekommen. Es ist ein wunderschöner unberührter Fleck mit einem traumhaften Strand. Erholung pur. Dazu das Ferienhaus Surphinia, das alles hat was man sich wünschen kann.

Ogliastra fra cibo, mare e relax

Tutto eccellente. La villa è a pochi metri dal mare, ci si sente indipendenti ma senza senso di isolamento. Gli allestimenti sono ottimi, è tutto dove ti aspetti che sia. Camere grandi e comode, diversi bagni e zone relax, tavoli e zone living. La piscina è perfetta, accanto al patio. L'ogliastra poi si conferma il top per ospitalità e autenticità.

Great house with pool, piano and wood-fired oven

Perfect house! The kitchen and the wood-fired oven are perfect for cooking and baking pizza or grilling the Bistecca alla fiorentina ;) You can find every kitchen aid for cooking in the great kitchen. Had an amazing time there and very warm welcome from the owner Mauro.

Superschönes Haus!!!!!!!

Wir haben hier mit 2 Familien einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Juni/Juli 2020 verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, nur 200 m bis zum Meer (Kieselstrand). Ruhige Lage! Der Pool ist groß. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Die Terrasse ist groß und sehr schön. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Nach Olbia sind es ca. 2,5 Stunden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit Ozon desinfiziert. Der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles lieber ...!

***Wunderschöne Villa***

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Eine tolle Villa mit einem riesigem Pool und schönem Garten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich+jederzeit erreichbar, falls man Tipps braucht. Der Strand ist ein Katzensprung von der Villa entfernt und hat auch noch eine tolle kleine Strandbar. Der Strand ist überhaupt nicht touristisch und wunderschön. Auf der anderen Seite der Bucht, findet man Strände die touristische Attraktionen bieten. Tolle Ferien!!!

Jederzeit wieder!

Schönes Haus mit riesigem Pool und schönem Garten. Das Haus ist vom Grillanzünder bis zum Insektenschutz mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchen kann. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit per XXX erreichbar. Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und am Strand entlang auch mehrere Restaurants. Im nahen Ort findet man auch alles was man braucht, Mietauto ist aber zu empfehlen!
