The accommodation

Villa Grand Tiraset is located in the middle of fields in the typical Mallorcan landscape of this area. Spend your vacation in an ambience with high-quality, well-maintained furnishings. The natural stone finca is surrounded by a beautiful, park-like garden with large lawns. There are sun loungers and an umbrella available for relaxing, or a shady spot on the lawn under the trees. The pool, which is quite large at 8 x 4 m, can be easily accessed via stairs.If you fancy a tennis match, you can try it out on the tennis court belonging to the house.

On the ground floor, the villa offers a living and dining area with an open kitchen, breakfast bar and pantry, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with a large, oval bathtub. On the open gallery there are 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom, also with a bathtub. In a separate apartment there are 2 further bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds and a bathroom as well as an entrance area. Next to the pool there is a small outdoor bathroom with a toilet and shower. Other features include air conditioning in the lower bedrooms and living area, WiFi and a covered barbecue area. The villa is stocked with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach.A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. There is no additional charge for electricity in the months of March, April and May. In the remaining months, electricity is charged at €15.00 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.

The deposit of 300 euros must be paid to the landlord by bank transfer before arrival. You will receive the request and the owner's bank details in a separate email from us before your arrival. If the house is handed over without defects, you will receive a refund from the landlord or property manager via bank transfer after your stay.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.

It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT)
