Stone house Caselles Petit in middle of nature

Enjoy a vacation on a farm in the middle of the mountains in the north of Mallorca, very close to Pollensa and the port beach. The farm has a spectacular view of the mountainous landscape from the different terraces and the beautiful pool area, barbecue, ping pong table, and billiards table.



Without a doubt, the pool area stands out between the large house covered with the typical stone that characterizes Mallorcan houses and the Tramuntana mountains. The 9m x 5m pool has a shaded porch with 6 sun loungers to sunbathe while contemplating the landscape, as well as an outdoor shower.



The house is surrounded by different areas where they can enjoy themselves in various ways: a terrace at the entrance of the house, with an outdoor play area with a target and a children's park for the little ones. In addition, on the terrace overlooking the pool, there is a large table for 6 people where they can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners while enjoying Mallorca's good weather and a chill-out area with sofas.



This terrace is directly connected to the large dining room with stone walls and wooden beams, with another enormous wooden table in the center and a sofa area to rest. The kitchen is also very large and is perfectly equipped.



On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two beds. They are bright and cozy, all in a very welcoming country house style and with a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape. There are 3 bathrooms with showers available, one of them en suite. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and heating.



Ultimately, Caselles Petit offers a great opportunity to spend a vacation in the purest Mallorcan style, in a very quiet area, breathing nature, but also very close to beach and leisure areas such as Alcudia and Pollensa.

Beautiful, remote location. Rustic style

There was an extra bedroom with twin beds in it that we weren’t expecting! Lots of activities for kids… the pool, snooker, table tennis, basketball and more. Often had visits from local goats which was novel! Ideal property were very responsive.

Absolutely beautiful country home, the views were to die for

The house was rustic and charming and very clean. The pool was fantastic and plenty of room for 23 cars on the drive way. The surroundings were so peaceful and the views were breathtaking. There was a washing machine and dishwasher and towels for pool also provided. The villa is pretty remote and nothing really in walking distance, but this was perfect for us as we had cars and planned on exploring the island. It was a beautiful home and a pleasure to be able to stay there for the week.

We absolutely loved our stay

Beautiful and quiet location perfect for a small family visiting. The house had plenty of amenities which we used, and the property was exactly as described. A rental car is a must staying here as it was a 15 minute drive to get groceries (we shopped at Lidl) and there were not places within walking distance, but being in a quiet and secluded area in the countryside this was to be expected. It was exactly what we had hoped for! The pool was great!

Our stay in the beautiful Finca was excellent. The house is located on a hill in the backland of Mallorca which made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the quietness. Great place to relax!

The house is situated beautifully on the hill side with a gorgeous view of the mountains! Very private without feeling too far away from everything. The house is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The bedrooms are clean and well layed out. The airconditioning in the bedrooms made for comfortable nights. An to top it all of, the pool was just the best thing in the world. Clean, large enough and with a shaded area to relax during the hot days. The fridge wasn't able to cool the drinks enough to our liking. Besides that there were some smells coming from de drains from the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. Otherwise it was perfect!

Rustic finca, beautiful view

Peaceful, private location with beautiful view and plenty of space, located at the end of a narrow road. Drive to supermarket in 15 minutes and nearest beach 25 minutes. Lovely pool with graded depth 0.9,1.3,1.6m. Plenty towels including 4 beach towels. Satellite TV with Spanish and German channels. Campanet Coves a must see. Ses Coves restaurant was fully booked. Sa tercera - a hidden gem. We hired a table tennis table (Multi-hire). Good communication. When maintenance issues arose they were fixed within 2-3 days. Some other attention to maintenance needed - smell from shower drain, missing lightbulbs, dishwasher not cleaning, outdoor lighting not working, BBQ worn. We took a blackout curtain for the 4th bedroom in the extension - shutter didn’t close. Essentials needed - oven gloves, bread store (ants). Some seating on roof terrace would be nice. More glasses and NEW tea towels (given only one for two weeks!). Given the cost, would expect better bed linen and a change for the second week. The cushions and some other furnishings shown in the photos were absent so the feel wasn’t as luxurious as we’d anticipated. Didn’t spoil an otherwise lovely holiday in a beautiful location.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in den Bergen

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Der Ausblick war traumhaft schön und wir haben ihn jeden Tag genossen. Es gibt einen riesigen Stein-Grill, der viel genutzt wurde, einen großen Pool. Wir hatten täglich Besuch von Ziegen (bis zu 9) und diversen Katzen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Palmen, Granatapfelbäume, diverse Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene (Fußballtor, Basketballkorb, Billard und Dinge für den Pool). Es gibt 3 Zimmer mit großen Betten und einen Anbau mit zwei Einzelbetten. In der Küche ist das Nötigste vorhanden. Das Haus und der Außenbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist aber gemütlich und hat Charakter. In dem Haus leben Geckos und auf dem Grundstück haben wir zweimal eine kleine Schlange gesehen, die jedoch mehr Angst vor uns hatte, als wir vor ihr. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! mehr Weingläser, Besteck ist für Steaks geeignet aber nicht zum Brote schmieren, Tresor für den Schlüssel geht oft erst nach mehrmaligem Ruckeln -> wird bald kaputt gehen

Der Blick war sensationell Viele ungewünschte Tiere. Mücken Katzen Ameisen. Grill leider zu weit entfernt vom Essplatz. Kein Schattenplatz am Pool.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, ideal zur Entspannung.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass es ca 10 Minuten Fahrt von der Hauptstraße sind, bis man die Finca erreicht. Wir mögen Katzen, daher haben uns die 5-6 Katzen nicht auf dem Grundstück nicht gestört. Es war auch super, dass wir aufgrund unseres späten Fluges die Möglichkeit hatten, erst am Nachmittag auszuchecken (ging natürlich nur, da die Finca für den nächsten Tag nicht vermietet war). Trotzdem Danke! Der Pool ist ausreichend auch wenn er nicht sehr tief ist. Bereits am 3. Tag wurde das Wasser jedoch trüb, so dass wir diesen leider die letzten 4 Tage nicht mehr nutzen konnten.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Die Villa ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bietet viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Wir haben den Pool und den Billard Tisch wirklich genossen. Praktisch ist auch dass es einen Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine hat. Sie Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über eine Klimaanlage, was vorallem im Sommer unabdingbar ist. War nicht von Anfang klar, wo wir den Müll entsorgen konnten, aber wir haben es dann selbst herausgefunden.

Ruhe, Natur, Entspannung

Die Lage des Hauses, das Haus selbst, die Nähe zu Pollenca, dass das Haus sehr groß ist, … Alles gut, eine „Bedienungsanleitung“ für das Hsus wäre ganz schön. Man braucht so zwei, drei Tage, bis man alles gefunden hat, Herdbedienung, Heizung … Eierbecher! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad

Dit prachtig gelegen huis met adembenemend uitzicht en ruimte tuin. We hadden vrij extreem weer, met 2 dagen sneeuwval waardoor de toppen van de Serra de Tramuntana wit kleurden (prachtig uitzicht!), maar hebben ook genoten in t-shirt van de zon op het terras en zelfs meermaals een frisse duik in het mooie en schone zwembad kunnen nemen! Er was een fijne open haard voor de koudere avonden en veel plek aan de eettafel voor een groter gezelschap (wij waren met 5 volwassenen en een kind, er konden nog makkelijk mensen bij). In de keuken waren voldoende spullen aanwezig om maaltijden te bereiden, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Unbezahlbare Aussicht!

Wir waren 7 Mädels (27-30) und sind begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar und auch das Haus ist ein Traum! Man hat mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und Rund um die Uhr Sonne. Der Pool dient zur Entspannung und es ist Tagsüber wie auch Nachts sehr ruhig. Wir können es also wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge

Das Objekt ist innen wie aussen sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, man hat einen schönen Blick über das Tal und auf die Berge. Alles was wir benötigt hatten war vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Verwaltern/Eigentümern war extrem einfach und sehr nett. Wir sind super zufrieden gewesen und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Schöne Finca in Traumlage

Wenn man Ruhe sucht und eine schöne Aussicht genießen möchte, ist die Lage der Finca einfach traumhaft. Das große Ess-/Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön und das ganze Haus für den Aufenthalt von 8 Personen gut geeignet. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit einer angehmen Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Pool ist im Sommer einfach wunderbar! Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, aber alles ist ein bisschen "in die Jahre gekommen". Ein kaputter Duschkopf, eine klapprige Konstruktion im Kühlschrank, nur 2 Weingläser, eine beschädigte Kaffeemaschine und ein regelmäßig verstopfter Abfluss im Spülbecken sind kein Drama, aber lästig und bei dem Preis nicht in Ordnung. Abhilfe wäre nicht teuer, würde den Aufenthalt aber noch viel schöner machen!
