Great stay! We made great use of the kayaks and pool. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room! We rented a boat nearby and went tubing. The lake was not crowded at all. Will be staying there again.
The house and the dock were good. Finding multiple roaches was not. The grass being a foot tall and the pool having dirt on the bottom and tons floating around wasn’t great either. The excessive amount of communication from the management company and limiting a house that sleeps eight to only six is bizarre. Repetitive emails threatening eviction if too many people or too many cars are present is insulting. The roach problem apparently has been going on all summer, since guest book entries in the book at the house mention roaches as well. If the house had been in better shape, and we walked into a clean pool and home, the emails would not have been nearly as annoying.

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake House !! The property is just beautiful. Nice dock for fishing, kayaks for water activity, comfortable beds, tasteful decor and great layout for families. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality:-)
The house was nice and updated. Great kids room and plenty of room for our two families. Wish it rained less during our trip! We did bring our boat and use the dock there which was nice and there is a marina very close. We wish we could of stayed longer.

Everything was great! We had a great stay with our family and grandkids. The kids loved the toys and bunk beds! We all enjoyed the pool, dock and kayaks. The decorations were so cute and thoughtful. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities, even some gourmet coffee.
We stayed here as we visited our son at SifSC. We really enjoyed the deck and pool. The sun rise and evenings were the best with the birds singing. The house was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The host responded to questions with in 1/2 hour. We can’t wait to return!
This house is perfect for a week at the lake with friends or family! We relaxed beside the pool and on the dock. We played in the lake, swam, boated, rode paddle boards, etc. The house is decorated super cute and has everything you could need for a more than comfortable stay! We will definitely be back!
We enjoyed the lake, but the house could use a deep clean. On arrival, the cleaner was still there. We were set to arrive at 5 and got there 10 min early and the cleaning lady talked with me through the window to let me know she was almost done. We entered to a wet kitchen floor and the dishwasher running for 200 minutes. ( which when we later opened had 2 coffee cups and a few utensils) Once in, there was an orange trash bag on the stairs, a few steps up - a macaroni noodle, and further up- a pink cleaning cloth. It was evident the cleaner rushed once we arrived. There was a gracious amount of linens and towels provided. The lawn care service mowed the lawn in the direction of the pool and filled it with grass. This was midweek. The pool guy came on Friday, so we used the pool net there to clean pool as best as possible. A positive - the 2 downstairs bathrooms are very nice. The master bedroom downstairs stayed extremely warm the entire stay. All other areas remained fairly cool. A few window shades in kitchen and living area would help with heat from evening and morning sun. Would we stay again? Probably not.

Our stay was wonderful. The place is so beautiful inside and out.The house was very clean and welcoming. Our host was so quick to answer questions and take care of issues that we had.Unfortunately it was to cold at the time (Beginning of April) to use the pool or the lake but it is amazing to have them there. This is a great place for families. The area is beautiful and safe to stay in.Driving to town or to Lexington or Columbia was super easy. We were here to attend the Masters so we drove everyday for an hour to get to Augusta and it was an easy drive. We also went to a couple of golf courses about 25 min away and they were beautiful as well. The only thing we wish was better was the internet. But depending on why you are renting the place, you may not even need it!!!The house its self is spacious, clean and has everything you would need.Checking in was easy.It was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this place to families or anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay with lots to do.Thank you so much for making our stay great!
Property was the perfect amount of space for our stay and was comfortably clean!
The owners/management kept in touch and were accommodating to changes and helpful with questions.
We were pleased with our find and happy our experience was positive and matched the listing.
Extended family in town for a wedding, with assorted aunts and uncles and cousins of various ages. We swam in the pool, floated in the lake, kayaked and lolled around on the dock watching birds and drinking coffee. We had a great time. The interior of the home is beautifully furnished and comes with all the extras you could want for a really enjoyable stay.
We are a group of 6 high school friends age 54.
We loved everything about the house except for one tiny detail. No regular coffee maker - only a Keurig - and none of us brought coffee pods.
The yard and decking needs some tlc. As much as we tried to keep our kids in shoes the nature of having the pool and lake doesn’t lend well for them to do that which would normally be great except that they continuously got large splinters and burrs in their feet. It kind of took away from their enjoyment of the property. The decking and furniture paint was peeling off as we walked and used them. Otherwise it was a nice property.
