Near beach, spotless, washer and dryer very useful, many useful items left like sunscreen, bug spray, etc. It is an area that is being developed, so some related noise, traffic, but not a problem. Would stay again.

Hidden Gem

Small condo is exactly as described in the listing. The location served as a good base of operations while staying in West Bay. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The area is not quiet during the day due to on going construction in the area, but the unit is stocked with all the necessities and was clean and comfortable.

rooms are clean and have good storage. kitchen equipment are there so you can cook. the balcony area is small but it is there and you can see the security guard at night to ensure that no one is walking around your space. be aware that the electricity can get cut off and water was off due to the electricity being cut off.

Poor property manager

The property manage was not available at check in which I feel is unacceptable as we were not told about garbage where to get more drinking water or anything about the area Also when asked about a rude back to airport we were quoted 75 US dollar when asking around most people paid 40 so I asked property manager she was very rude and said that is our price Also in other reviews people have mentioned the shower in master does not work properly and when we arrived it still doesn’t

Great new, clean place

Great new, clean place in a good location - quick, easy walk to the beach, but away from all the beach noise. There was some construction noise during the day. The condo had a lot of amenities that aren’t listed - a washer and dryer (we used, and worked great) with laundry soap, some beach toys/games, tons of beach towels, 4 beach chairs, umbrella (for rain), small beach bag. They also had a 5 gallon water jug set up with 3 extra full 5 gallon jugs below it, so you don’t have to worry about getting drinkable water to the unit. The master bathroom had some water pressure issues - we just used the other bathroom. There were only two of us, so it was fine. The water in the bathrooms never got quite as hot as I’d prefer. A/c works great and there’s a unit in each room. The beds were very comfortable. The property is constantly being maintained, so it always looks great. I put a bowl of water out by the front door, to rinse our feet off with before entering the condo, and when we came back from the beach the second day, the property maintenance crew had rinsed out the bowl and filled it with fresh water for us!

Great Apartment, spotless

The apartment was wonderfully clean, good communication with the host. A compact unit but everything you need. If you return from west beach after dark there are some dark areas on the road although we were never worried. Good to have security on site overnight. The pool was quite cold and would benefit from the sun shade being removed. Overall enjoyed our stay and would return. 😀

Great Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay! Desiree was extremely attentive and made our stay easy and relaxing. The walk to the beach is a quick few minutes and there are many great places with live music and great food.
