Profitez d'un logement élégant et central idéalement situé pour une visite à pied inoubliable de Marrakech.
L’appartement est idéalement situé au quartier Hivernage à deux pas de la gare routière (CTM), à 5 minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire, à 5 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport, à 3 minutes à pied du fameux boulevard Mohamed VI (balade très agréable à pied), à 5 minutes à pied de la nouvelle attraction de Marrakech la M AVENUE, à 10 minutes à pied des célèbres jardins de la Ménara avec leur bassin historique, à 10 minutes à pied de la plaza et du CARRE EDEN au cœur de Guéliz (le centre moderne de Marrakech) et à 15 minutes en voiture de la célèbre place Jamaa El Fna et de la médina de Marrakech. Une multitude de restaurants de spécialités différentes et à des prix pour toutes les bourses est à proximité.
Se déplacer
Comme il fait pratiquement beau tout le temps à Marrakech, il est préférable de se déplacer à pied pour profiter au mieux de la luminosité exceptionnelle de cette ville envoutante.
Sinon, des "PETITS TAXIS" très pratiques et pas chers pullulent dans la ville. Mais, il faut exiger de faire fonctionner le compteur ou bien marchander le prix de la course avant de démarrer (à titre indicatif 1 à 3 euros respectivement pour des trajets de 2 à 7km). Une station de petit taxi est située devant la CTM à 50 mètres de l'appartement.
Pour l'aéroport, nous pouvons assurer le transport pour 20 euros aller retour à condition de le demander avec la réservation. Vous pouvez aussi appeler un "TAXI VERT" , prix par course: 75 dirhams (approx. 7,5 euros).
Une balade en calèche est également agréable pour découvrir Marrakech.
Pour votre véhicule personnel vous disposez d'une place gratuite au parking sous-terrain de la résidence.
Les stationnements en ville sont généralement soit gratuits soit moyennant 2-3 dirhams quand il y a un gardien (approx. 0,2 à 0,3 euros).
Appartement très bien équipé (3 smart-TV, 3 climatiseurs réversibles, 2 lits Queen size), constitué d’un salon, salle à manger, chambre parentale avec salle de bain intégrée, une chambre d'amis, salle d’eau, cuisine entièrement équipée.
Situé dans immeuble avec ascenseur, sécurisé 24h/24 (gardiens, caméras de surveillance) et disposant d’un parking gratuit au sous-sol.

Property was really clean and well decorated with all the essentials and more provided by the host. Lots of local eating options, walk to the market is within 3km. The the host were very welcoming and communication were superb.

*jolie Coup de coeur *-beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours pour tous les budgets -CTM, petits magasins et le marché Aswak qui ont des bons prix -ascenseur et propreté est excellent -localisation est excellente pour petite marche et aller dans le quartier huppé d'Hivernage -proprietaire s'occupe bien de vous avec une excellente communication et bienvaillance-lappartement est très belle avec trois Télévisions, internet rapide et deux belles chambres et deux toilettes incluant une douche.

Week-end dépaysant

Bel appartement mais malheureusement un peu éloigné du centre. Dans l'obligation de prendre un transport pour s'y rendre plus rapidement. Le point positif était la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner tout prêt de cet appartement au Club des Pharmaciens, dans un joli cadre. Mais nous avons quand même pu aller au Jardin de Majorelle, magnifique, le palais de Baïa, et faire un après-midi - soirée avec promenade en chameau, quad, dîner et spectable de feu. Pour accéder à cet appartement, très bonnes explications du propriétaire qui a pu nous énumérer également tout ce qu'il était possible de voir ou visiter sur Marrakech. Ce fut une très belle coupure grâce à ce week-end très dépaysant.
