Black mold! There is mold everywhere in this condo! There is black mold in the bedroom closet, in the kitchen vent, the bathroom floor tile, and even the washing machine!The overall cleanliness was horrible. There was trash on the floor under furniture. The kitchen was a mess. The pans and knives had food crusted on them. It was very obvious that these were not looked at by the host at all. The knives were very rusty as well.Any communication with Brett/Robinson (or lack there of) was a mess. During our stay, the dryer broke. I had to repeatedly contact staff over the course of two days to get them to assign maintenance to this issue. Everytime I talked to staff it was a blame game of it's someone else's fault of why the dryer wasn't being fixed. Even when maintenance "fixed" the dryer, it still didn't dry well but at least the error code went away.Brett/Robinson has a text line where you can reach out to them, at least that's what it allegedly is for. It's honestly a gamble if staff will even respond through that avenue and when they do they would say "I don't know you'll have to ask someone else that isn't my job".I wanted to rate this condo highly due to the location and pricing, however the outbreak of black mold and horrible support staffing put a damper on the experience.

4.5 out of 5 starsWe made a short stop in Orange Beach to check out the area and get a feel for the vibe — and it didn’t disappoint! The weather was perfect, and we loved walking the beach and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.Our rental was wonderful — the ocean view was incredible, and we really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The only reason we didn’t give a full five stars for cleanliness (it’s really more of a 4½) is because the living room rugs are starting to show a little wear — the “white” has seen sunnier days. Other than that, everything was spotless and well maintained.We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub, but plenty of guests were clearly enjoying them. If you’re looking for a quiet, laid-back spot to unwind with great weather and gorgeous views, this is a perfect choice.
