Ground floor (access to the chalet by stairs going up the slope for 30m): living room-kitchen lounge area (2 single beds), Wifi, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower and WC), private garden. Ski Montchavin connection to La Plagne Paradiski area 100m away. Stylish chalet 100m from the slopes (La Plagne-Paradiski connection). Very quiet residential hamlet. Charming natural setting preserved by forests. Very comfortable. Warm mountain character. Very cozy. Pleasant private garden. Splendid panorama of the massif and the valley. Sumptuous landscape. Ultra-privileged location at the foot of the Montchavin-les Coches slopes (connected to the vast Paradiski area, one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Ideally located for exploring the summer by hiking and cycling in different mountain ranges (Vanoise, Haute-Tarentaise and the Italian border, Beaufortain, etc.). On the route of the famous GR5. Numerous sports and fun activities on site in all seasons. Ideal for children!
