Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This was our third stay at WCV for Lavaman Triathlon. It’s a perfect location for race participants - close to the race course and expo at the Hilton. This unit is clean, modern, well equipped, and comfortable. The pools are lovely and facilities are well cared for. We would book it again!

The condo was perfect for our stay. I had looked at another condo in the same neighborhood and decided to go with this one b/c of the Hilton pool pass and it was so worth it. The pools and the snorkeling lagoon at the Hilton were a blast. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week in the kitchen for cooking, and in the garage for pool days. We would definitely stay here again.
Easy to book. Very responsive hosts. Kids loved the pool within the complex. Spacious clean and conveniently located “home base” for our vacation. Golfing spouse loved the discounted rates for the golf course.

Our family of five stayed at this property for five nights. As I said, it was everything we could ask for clean, spacious, great location. Two things stood out for us. One was the golf pass, which gave us reduced green fees at the course that’s on property. And the second was the Hilton Pool pass, which was excellentCommunication with the team was great. We felt safe and secure and would definitely stay again.

The aproperty was a great fit for our family - from kids to grandparents. The outdoor access to the patio and lawn was perfect for the kids. The unit was a quick walk to the Hilton and a short drive to the shops. It was clean and communication with management was timely and they were very accommodating.

We came to Waikoloa for a 7 night stay with our 4 teenagers and this property did not disappoint! The unit was spacious and well equipped for everyone to have their own space but also allow us all to have a few family game nights.
The location was great, right on the golf course and very quiet, but close enough to shopping centers/ restaurants as well.
The pools on the property were great to hang out at after a day exploring.
Finally, the management company was very responsive to all inquiries.

Our family of 5 stayed in 302 for 4 nights. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time lounging on the spacious and comfy sofas while being entertained by many tv/movie options. The dining area was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with dishware, utensils, cups, glassware, pots, pans, baking pans, and other kitchen items. The beds were comfortable, extra pillows, storage area for clothes, hangers and laundry baskets were available in each room. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and a starter set of soap and shampoo/conditioner. The laundry area is located on the 2nd floor which was very convenient.
There are several reasons for the 4 star rating. First, the AC unit went out on our last night. I reported the problem to the management company but was told that because of the storm situation (Calvin) they couldn’t guarantee that a technician would be available to resolve the problem. Needless to say, it was an extremely uncomfortable evening that lasted through the next day. We ended up leaving the condo hours before the departure time which was extremely disappointing. Also, there wasn’t any follow-up from the management company to update us on the situation. This wasn’t how we wanted the final memories of our vacation to end. There was little privacy in the living and dining rooms. Windows in those spaces face the golf course and main road. Window coverings are sheer and too see-thru for that area. Ice maker not working properly.
