Super holiday for the whole family with ages from 2 to 74. Phil was very helpful. The pool is a salt-water pool, so very good to use. The beach is close by and great for surfers and sand castles. The pool bar made a great feature for the family in the evenings. Some of us did notice noise from the events in Moliets. Happy we had made a good choice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gallery Villa. Phil, the manager, could not have been more helpful and made check and check out hassle free.. He was also available with helpful advice during our stay.The Villa has good size bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a large living area and a big TV with loads of DVDs.. The BBQ area and the pool were excellent and well used by everyone.The bicycles were most useful and very well used for shopping and touring around. No hills!We would strongly recommend the Villa and certainly consider hiring it again.

très bon emplacement, très grande piscine, vaste terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas.Chambres de bonne taille. Très grand salon dont nous n'avons pas profité grâce au beau temps Seul bémol, les escaliers mais connu à l'avance.

Nette Villa in guter Lage!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 15 Erwachsenen und hatten eine tolle Woche in Moliets-et-Maa. Die Villa sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und im Text beschrieben, und es gibt auf dem Gelände über die Zimmer hinaus so viele Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten: Galerie, Veranda-Lounge, Hängematten, Grillecke, Pool ... Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Grillecke und Driftwood-Bar auch abends ein netter Hangout. Beliebt war natürlich auch der beheizte und beleuchtete Pool (bis 23 Uhr). Ein Riesen-Pluspunkt ist auch, dass die Villa keinen halben Kilometer vom Strand entfernt ist, wo auch Surfschulen zu finden sind. Supermarkt und Artisan-Bäcker sind in Reichweite und auch mit den Fahrrädern gut zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 15 Erwachsenen und hatten eine tolle Woche in Moliets-et-Maa. Un regret : ne voir personne pour nous accueillir et au départ, ce qui permet de régler rapidement les problèmes d'utilisation de matériel non connu et dire in finé les observations concernant les appareils qui ne fonctionnent pas éventuellement.

Summer Family get together

Excellent property for several of us (adult siblings) to get together with our families including seven teenage children. It was clean, there was enough seating for all 14 of us to eat comfortably at the same time, great hammocks and comfortable sunbeds around the pool. The bikes and ping pong table were a nice touch and were used a lot. The Property manager was superbly supportive and helpful in making sure that the holiday came together successfully under trying Covid conditions, e.g. helping us with the booking of PCR tests, taxis etc. A fabulous time was had in this villa by all of us

Tres, tres recomendable!

Nous étions un groupe de couples avec enfants et la vérité est que la maison et Phil ont été spectaculaires. La maison est super confortable, elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, y compris le chauffage dans la piscine. l'emplacement est imbattable. Il est à côté de la plage et des commerces locaux mais en gardant la discrétion. Tres, tres recommandable!

Wonderful Villa

We had a great week in this fabulous house. It was very peaceful and perfect for relaxing by the pool or on the balcony, whilst having plenty to do for the younger members of our group with the beach and bars/shops so close by. Phil was a great host and we would not hestitate to come back.

Great house for family groups

This is a wonderful house for a family get-together. We were 7 adults and 5 children and the house provided space and comfort for all ages, with good bedding and lots of bathrooms. The abundance of plates/knives/forks/etc and well-equipped kitchen made catering for everyone very easy. We were there over New Year, so the swimming pool was closed (as was most of Moliets). Nevertheless, the children appreciated the pool table, baby-foot and XBox. The ping-pong table is outside, so wasn't used during our visit. The beach was a few minutes walk away and there were several good walks locally. Phil (the property manager) lives very nearby in case of any problem (there weren't any).

Très belle maison mais avec vis à vis

Très belle maison, exceptionnellement grande, propre et très fonctionnelle. Tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour. Tout à disposition: lave-linge, sèche-linge, 5 salles de bains pour 6 chambres, jusqu’aux vélos et planches pour la mer. Le petit billard et les consoles ont ravis les enfants. La piscine chauffée est magnifique et extrêmement grande. Beau BBQ. Etc etc Seul bémol le vis à vis qui est quand même très présent surtout autour de la piscine. Dommage sans ce vis à vis la maison serait parfaite

Surf & Yoga week

We were a group of 14 people and had an amazing time in the house. BBQ, Inhouse-Yoga (thx to Mia!), Surfing, Sun-downer, Cooking, Enjoying the pool, etc. Good location and the 4 bikes are also cool - for the ones who buy breakfast :p Phil is very friendly and helps you organizing everything. Why 4 stars? First of all there ist always room for improvements :) Secondly some stuff you can improve like - fix toilet sets - they sliding away :) - all beds with the same standard of mattress and beds. - Re-new the hammock - Install more hammock at pool side. - Re-new / re-design of the "rotten wood" stuff at the ping-pong area. Anyway ping pong was quite nice - Install a light at the BBQ so that you can grill when it is dark - Stairs directly to the pool would be awesome - or a slide from the balcony would be an highlight :) Overall this are improvements and complaining on high level but for a specific price you could expect perfectness :)

Hi Manuel, thank you for your helpful feedback. Let me comment on your points: -The toilet seats were indeed on our to do list and are fixed already. -The Mattress point I dont really understand. We have swiss 5 star mattresses and locally handmade beds in the master bed rooms and more simple versions in the kids rooms. -Sure the hammock we straight away changed all the ropes. I like your idea about more of them around the pool. On the shopping list :) - did the tube light not come on in the evening? Maybe it was not enough. Will be improved! - with "rotten wood stuff" you probably mean the driftwood bar? the owners love it because it's all made from local drift wood. - I know the villa is big and it's ways are long. A slide down to the pool is a great idea but of course too dangerous. Thanks again for your great feedback. Only like that we can improve! Enjoy the rest of the summer! Best wishes, Phil

ceci vaut un 9/10

Maison très spacieuse située au bout d'une impasse. Grande piscine sous le soleil quasiment toute la journée . L'agencement de la maison permet à tous une relative intimité ( nous étions 12 , dont 9 adultes ) .Disponibilité , gentillesse et multilinguisme de Phil garantis . L'accès à la plage est toute proche et l'équipement de la villa semble constamment renouvelé ( nouveau parasol dernier cri , toute nouvelle télévision , etc. ) Seul bémol : un certain manque de propreté dans les armoires de la cuisine , ce qui sera probablement bien vite résolu .Enfin une suggestion : des toilettes en bas , si réalisable . Bref : tout est mis en oeuvre pour un excellent séjour . A conseiller pour des regroupements familiaux ou autres .

Una casa para disfrutar del buen tiempo

Es una casa enorme, amplia y bien acondicionada. Terrazas equipadas para disfrutar del sol y muy cerca de la playa. Tuvimos mala suerte con el tiempo y aún así disfrutamos de la estancia. Phil siempre atento y servicial, es un encanto. La zona es muy bonita, merece la pena conocerla.

Super villa.Erg leuk .Ongelooflijke ruimtes!!! Zwembad en de bar zijn aan vernieuwing toe.De ligzetels aan het zwembad waren hard en versleten.Na een telefoon naar Phil is hij deze direct komen vervangen.De lounge buiten was ook helemaal versleten.Ideale ligging prachtige villa maar aan vernieuwing toe.We keren zeker terug

Spacious Summer Villa with lots of fun

We stayed in this villa for a week and it was a fantastic one!!!! We were 4 couples and 6 kids...and we had enough place for all of us, as the house and its rooms are quite big! You can always find a spot wehere you can be on your own! But normally you don't want to be on your own there because it's much more fun in the huge pool with loads of people...or to have lunch/dinner just next to the pool : there is good barbecue and a great bar! So, wehen when were not at the beach (which is just a 10 min walk away) we spent most of our time at the area around the pool/ barbecue/bar!!!! The rooms and the entire house was really clean when we arrived and everything was in good shape! We just had a minor problem with the coffee machine...but Phil was always in touch and tried to solve the problem as quick as possible! ...which he succeeded in! So, to conclude.. one of the best holyday villas I have been so far...not because it's so luxurious but because it's just a nice house!

Surfen, Schwimmen, Entspannen

Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort: 10 Kinder und 6 Erwachsene. Das Haus ist riesig, über mehrere Etagen, der Pool groß und beheizt (das war sehr angenehm, denn in unserer Ferienwoche war das Wetter etwas kühler). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig, das Haus sauber und gepflegt. Empfehlenswert für große Familien, die sowohl Entspannung als auch Strand und Sport suchen: Es sind nur 400m zum Meer.

Exceptional holiday home

I can recommend this house. It is a perfect size for 3 families with different chill out areas to relax in. It is just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The pool is fantastic.Overall a very pleasant experience and we are returning!
