Lovely villa. Lots of kitchen equipment, beds comfortable and plenty room around the pool with gorgeous views. Walk to small beach is down a steep hill but we managed it fine.. host was lovely and very helpful. We arrived early but it was organised for us to get in quickly.. The garden advertised was un-usable unfortunately as it was just dirt and rubble. My grandson couldn't play in it. We only had ground level of the villa to use, we thought from the pictures it was the whole villa, we found the living area to small for us ,there was only 4 adults. You definitely need a car but everything was reachable, we had a great stay just wish garden was assesable to use.

Thank you very much for your lovely review. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the villa, the pool area and the beautiful views, and that you found the beds comfortable and the house well equipped. We were also very happy to arrange an early check-in for you at 1pm instead of the usual 4pm, so that you could start enjoying your stay straight away. Regarding the garden, we’re sorry that it wasn’t what you expected for your grandson. The garden is fully accessible and can of course be enjoyed by our guests, but it is a natural Mediterranean garden, with mature trees, fruit trees and dry earth rather than a lawn, as clearly shown in the listing photos. We understand that the natural ground may not have been the surface you had in mind for a young child to play on. We are continuing to add plants and enhance the garden while preserving its Mediterranean character. Regarding the layout of the villa, the listing photos show all the rooms and spaces included in the rental. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and will make the description even clearer for future guests to avoid any misunderstanding. We’re very pleased to hear that you had a great stay overall, and it was a pleasure hosting you and your family.

We stayed at this villa as a family of five at the end of September and had a wonderful holiday. The weather was great and there weren't many tourists around, so it was a nice time to visit. The villa was very clean when we arrived. Isabelle and Salome went out of their way to let us check in early, which we really appreciated after our trip. Guests have the whole first floor, which has a well-equipped kitchen and four bedrooms that sleep up to eight. There were five of us, so we only needed three rooms and had enough space. We loved the outdoor kitchen with its electric BBQ and used it a lot. The pool was lovely and the internet was reliable. Best of all was the view. The villa sits up on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea, and the area is very quiet and relaxing. You'll want a car to get around (in the drive way there is space to a couple of cars and there is also a garage for 1 car). Plenty of shops and restaurants are a short drive away. If you'd rather walk, the nearest beach is about 20 minutes on foot.Overall, we had a very good holiday. Many thanks to Isabelle and Salome for being such great hosts. We would happily come back.

Thank you so much for your lovely and detailed review! We’re delighted to hear that you and your family had such a wonderful holiday and enjoyed the villa, the pool, the outdoor kitchen and, of course, the sea view. It was a real pleasure hosting you, and we’re especially glad we could make your arrival a little easier with the early check-in. The location is indeed lovely for enjoying both the peace and quiet and the coast, with Puerto Blanco beach just a 5-minute walk away and the larger Arenal-Bol Beach around a 20-minute walk away. Thank you again for taking such good care of the villa. We would be very happy to welcome you and your family back anytime! Warm wishes, Isabelle

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted that you enjoyed the house, its surroundings, and especially the pool area and sea views. Just a small clarification for future guests: the house has two en-suite bedrooms, while the other two bedrooms each have their own dedicated bathroom located directly opposite, across the hallway. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be delighted to welcome you back anytime! Warm wishes, Isabelle
