In the wonderful climate of Sardinia, wonderful house with a beautiful view, easy to reach (40 'to the airport), with supermarket, restaurants, yacht club close by.
Very good for families with children, with a protected play area.
Bus connection to Cagliari, Sardinia's capital and cultural center.
Villasimius and Costa Rei easily accessible by car.
Own car is recommended.
