An ideal location for this beautiful 2-bedroom + cabin apartment, on the ground floor, in the Bleu Ocean residence of Moliets Plage, very family-friendly tourist residence with swimming pool and children’s playground. Beach, shops, market, entertainment, restaurants... everything is within walking distance.
Composition: Living room with sofa, TV, equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...), 1 bedroom with Queen size bed (160*200), 1 bedroom with double bed (140*190), 1 cabin with 2 bunk beds (90*190), bathroom (bath, sink), separate toilet. Terrace with table and garden chairs. Parking in the residence. Shared laundry.
Capacity: 6 people. A participation to the charges of 35 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY. THE END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (supplement 90€).
