Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed and TV. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs and parasol. Kitchen 5 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Rovinj, district of Centener. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
