The 3 bedrooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom has a King bed, new 55 inch smart TV, Keurig coffee station and a luxurious full bath with walk in closet. The view from this room is stunning! You can see the Three Sisters, Broken top, Black Crater and Mt Washington. There is a door leading out to the spectacular lower patio.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with peek- a -boo mountain views. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size pull out sofa and amazing mountain views. A door leads to the back patio. This room is set up as a cozy reading room when not used as a bedroom.
Upstairs you will find the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with a smart TV, and a 1/2 bath. The views from this area are unsurpassed! There are unobstructed views over pristine farm land and National forest from Brokentop to Black Butte. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to create a meal at home. Enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee or tea from the beautiful covered balcony. Snuggle up on the cozy furniture in front of the gas fireplace after a day of hiking, biking, exploring Central Oregon or just walking the quiet neighborhood sidewalks.
A large 2 car garage and generous driveway space is available for your use.
There is opportunity to see wildlife including deer, coyote, hawks, bald eagles, badgers and a great horned owl that makes a regular appearance at sunset.

Pine Meadow Village is Sister’s premiere neighborhood with walking trails, seasonal creeks and ponds. A quiet and friendly neighborhood with incredible views of towering mountains and the national forest. A short 5 minute walk puts you in downtown Sisters. The clubhouse is a few blocks away and offers an outdoor pool in the summer and a hot tub year round. There is horseback riding at Black Butte Ranch, which is less than a 15 minute drive away. The beautiful Metolious river and Camp Sherman is a 15 minute drive and offers one of the best fly fishing opportunities in the NW! It's worth the drive just to visit the 100 year old store and stroll along the river trail. The Deschutes National Forest is a short walk from the house, with easy access to the Peterson Ridge Trail head. The Three Sisters and Mt Washington Wilderness areas are only a 30 minute drive away. A multitude of outdoor activities await you!

The neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk or bike. There are plenty of hiking/biking trails within minutes. Bend is a 25 minute drive to the East. Mt Batchelor ski area is a 60 minute drive and the Cascade Lakes Hwy with multiple outdoor options is also about 60 minutes away. The Hoodoo ski area is a 25 minute drive from the house. The Redmond airport is a 30 minute drive.
