Everything was amazing, property beautiful, intersecting canals adds to the view. Just a few hiccups with areas needing a bit of attention but nothing that warrants a lower rating as theyWere addressed promptly. Could use updated wares which is understandable seeing this property probably gets booked often. Overall excellent.

This home was amazing and even better than the photos made it look! The house and pool were very clean and well maintained. After driving from Minnesota it was a relief to unpack and not have to leave for anything but groceries. The owner was kind and very responsive. We booked for next year before we even left!

This was the best rental we had during our stay in Florida. The views were wonderful and the house was well cared for and well stocked. We spent so much time in the pool just looking out at the canals. Luke was great to communicate with. The location is perfect, lovely neighborhood and close to shopping. This home is so roomy and has everything you would need for a wonderful and relaxng stay in Cape Coral. Hope to return in the future. Maria

Perfect family house.

They had everything we needed for our stay. Kids stuff, kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies. Such a beautiful home, very clean organized, pretty homely. My husband wants us to book it again for our next summer vacation. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

This home is even better than how it is listed. Luke was great to communicate with! The little extras that were provided made the trip so much better than other places I’ve stayed. The pool was amazing with the sun tanning spot!! The location was so quiet and peaceful. There was some boat traffic but not enough to bother you. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Cape Coral Home Base

Property was just as advertised, and Luke was very spot-on with any questions we had about the property. The home is awesome, and there is always boats coming in and out of the canals which is pretty cool. Very close to Pine Island and lots of shops and restaurants. We will be booking again next year for the same time frame. Pool area was excellent and we spent allot of time in and around the pool. I highly recommend this property for couples or families.

Outstanding Accommodations

The house was an amazing beautiful home and layout to accommodate children. Luke was outstanding his response time was very efficient and accommodating. The home is on the canal which allowed for fishing and relaxing to watch the sunsets. The pool was the perfect temps. The house had all the necessities. The neighborhood was a safe relaxing vibe. Absolutely recommend!
