Your comfortable North Sea domicile near the coast

Spend the "most beautiful days of the year" in your 80 sqm, bright and tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment located in the attic. It has 2 separate bedrooms, a cozy open living-dining area with fireplace and integrated kitchen (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, egg cooker), bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Your apartment is covered with wooden lacquered wooden floorboards and has W-LAN connection (included in the price), satellite system, flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy your coffee on your own furnished balcony.
In a part of the garden reserved for you, your seats are ready and invite you to relax.

Bed linen, towels (one set per person) and tea towels are available free of charge.

Please bring towels for the beach yourself.

Electricity, water and heating costs are included in the price. The final cleaning is included
€ 40.00 one-time and for a pet € 10.00 per night, which must be paid on arrival.

Erholung in Ostfriesland

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles wie beschrieben und gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Tage genossen und hatten ausgesprochen Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den verschiedenen Inseln. Die Gegend ist sehr gut zum Fahrrad fahren geeignet. Es empfiehlt sich die Mitnahme eines Fahrrades. Eine Möglichkeit zum unterstellen ist in der Garage der Vermieter.

Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Ostfrieslands - man ist an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in weniger als 1 Stunde. Die Vermieter haben uns ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen und während der Woche unseres Aufenthalts mit sehr hilfreichen Tipps und Empfehlungen begleitet. Der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Prädikat: empfehlenswert!

Sehr komfortable Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös und es fehlt nichts an Ausstattung. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus. Man hat die gesamte obere Wohnung für sich. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr zügig am Wasser oder in den umliegenden netten ostfriesischen Städten. Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung für Gäste, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich nett und freundlich. Man kann sehr gut radfahren und Ausflüge auf die Inseln machen. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Eine Wohlfühl-Oase (auch bei schlechtem Wetter)

Mein Partner und ich verbrachten gemeinsam mit meinen Eltern 12 schöne Urlaubstage in dieser sehr geschmackvoll, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung, welche wir sehr sauber vorgefunden haben. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in dieser Wohnung heimisch gefühlt. Außerdem waren unsere Vermieter (im Haus wohnend) für alle Fragen und Wünsche unsererseits offen und interessiert. Kurzum, wir konnten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl fühlen und haben uns gut erholt. Besonders wertvoll fanden wir die absolute Ruhe in diesem Wohngebiet, das haben wir gebraucht. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und perfekte Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist schön ruhig gelegen. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in der nächsten Stadt oder am Meer. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub so braucht. Wir können einen Aufenthalt klar empfehlen!

Traumhafte FeWo in sehr guter Lage

Die FeWo hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Sehr wohnlich nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber! Die Vermieter, die im Haus unten wohnen, sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Nordsee-Domizil - ein Ort mit sehr hohem Wohlfühl-Charakter

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel zu zweit im t(raum)schönen Nordsee-Domizil verbracht. Allen positiven Bewertungen können wir uns hinsichtlich Einrichtung, Ausstattung, nette Vermieter vollumfänglich anschließen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und blitzesauber, es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern 😉. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung mehr als ausreichend groß. Wir haben genau das vorgefunden, was wir gesucht haben: eine ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft zum entspannten Jahresausklang. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr angenehm, verlief optimal und informativ. Wir bekamen gute Tipps hinsichtlich Restaurants und Freizeitgestaltung. In der Wohnung, die über der Vermieterwohnung liegt (mit eigenem Eingang und totaler Privatsphäre), wurden wir sogar mit Blumen und Sekt empfangen. Die Abende vor dem Kamin waren sehr kuschelig und wir konnten uns in den fünf Tagen wirklich gut erholen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral für Ausflüge, wenn man wie wir, Ostfriesland noch nicht kennt und entdecken möchte. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können die Unterkunft ausdrücklich mit 5 🌟 Sternen empfehlen.

Sehr schönes feriendomizil

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll: sauber, gemütlich, großzügig und mit vielen tollen und sinnvollen Details bestückt. Mir war die Wohnung etwas zu weit vom Meer entfernt, aber ist ja ein persönliches Ding.
