Super convenient location and great heated pool!

Stayed here with a party of five and house was perfectly located near beach with all amenities you would expect in a great beach house. Great restaurants and easy beach access with plenty of parking if you don’t feelLike taking the five minute walk from house.

Nice place

Clean property, very close walkable distance to beach, convenience store and pharmacy very close by, lots of restaurants close by, property manager is fast to respond and very helpful. We had an amazing time and would come back for sure!

Great location

Walking distance to the beach as well as a grocery store , multiple restaurants, and shopping. The place is in a nice neighborhood and is very clean . We spent a lot of time in and around the pool area which is very well kept. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent!

We stayed here for two weeks while our house was being renovated. The location is perfect . You can walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Most of all it’s a good neighborhood east of US1. The fenced in yard is great for the dogs

Great house and location!

The property was spotless and beautiful .our kids very much enjoyed the pool. We paid the extra fee to have it heated, which was a great choice for us. The location is fantastic - we walked into town every day. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Recommend!

Amazing getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house and property were very clean and well maintained.The kitchen is well appointed with the necessary dishes and cooking tools. The furnishings are very comfortable. Having the use of a barbecue is a great addition. There were even beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our use. The hosts Diana and Ian were excellent! We would not hesitate to rent this oroperty again!

Great little place

Great House! It was soooo clean. I loved that we could do laundry there as well. It was a short walk to the beach, which was fun for us. We also ate at places around the Beach. The pool was great to enjoy. I don’t enjoy sitting on the beach in the sand. (Gasp! I know! ) So the pool and sun in the backyard was fantastic. We had a canceled flight and the manager was very accommodating to our changing schedule. I’d highly recommend staying here. We loved it!

lovely house/pool in pompano

Very well-kept, updated house in great location just off the atlantic ave bridge to pompano beach. Everything very clean, easy to settle in and comfortable. Pool was beautiful, attractive grounds and we enjoyed sitting/swimming almost every day we were there. Manager was exceptionally responsive when we had a plumbing issue and also when microwave door needed fixing. Highly recommended for couple, small family or 2 - 3 friends. Only issue was occasional noise from planes taking off from small airport nearby, depending on wind direction if sitting outdoors.If indoors, noise was not noticeable. Overall, a good value

Amazing stay!

The property was great! With lots of amenities like beach towels, chairs, bath towels and lots of utensils for cooking. Diana was very communicative and very responsive although we didn’t need to reach her much since everything we needed was already there! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Cozy and clean house by the beach

The house is just as described in the posting. Short walk to the beach with plenty to do around it. Diana was very accessible and quite responsive to all our needs, prior to booking and during our stay. The heated pool was a big hit coupled with the nice and warm outside shower- we all loved it! Thank you, Diana, for being a nice and pleasant host - we’ll be back!
