A well appointed, clean cabin that is comfortable and modern is set on the most quiet meadow. Watch the deer, watch the stars, watch the birds, watch the campfire and relax. Excellent large bathroom and kitchen, great movie selection too. An excellent value and an excellent stay!

Making memories
It was just what we were hoping for, close to where our family lives, there was enough room for all of us, fishing or just hanging out by the pond was awesome, signing around the fire pit with a roaring fire as our son in law & nephew played the guitar is truly a moment I’ll not forget. I’ll definitely keep this place on our list when we journey back up.

About the host

Hosted by Tim Morgan

Host profile image
Tim's father bought the tree farm back in 2001. He moved to Florida and now Tim and his sister are maintaining it. Tim enjoys hunting and fishing on the property. The family enjoys having friends and relatives over to camp, swim and hike in the woods. Tim works for Corning Museum of Glass and on his free time he enjoys riding motorcycle, snow shoeing, camping, hiking and spending time with his dogs.

Why they chose this property

This property has so much to offer. Tim's father fell in love with the quiet secluded peace it gave him. It allows for the family to gather and enjoy time together with space for everyone. The Christmas tree's on the property allow for great pictures, an extra income for the family and a fun activity. Tim loves to sit on the porch in the morning and drink his coffee while watching the sun rise.

What makes this property unique

The property offers a good size pond to swim in, fish in or just relax next too. You can hike in the woods for miles and enjoy watching deer, turkey and many birds. There is plenty of land to play yard games, have a campfire and set up tents. The kids will enjoy the freedom of running around in the grass. Dogs will have a blast playing catch in the yard and swimming in the pond.
