Spacious & Private Modern Apartment in Historic Home

Welcome to our spacious and private upstairs apartment! Remodeled with a comfy modern industrial theme in a historic home. The fully stocked kitchen is great for long stays for up to 2 adults. An air mattress, cot, and Pack-n-Play are available for children.
Nestled in the village of Almond, we're between Alfred University, Alfred State College, and Hornell. The apartment is near Wellsville, Swain Ski Resort, the Finger Lakes Trail, and not far from Stony Brook and Letchworth State Parks.
The space
The space is a spacious, private upstairs apartment with a Great Room that contains the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining area.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, and closet. An air mattress, cot, and Pack-n-Play are available at your request. The Cot is a sturdy, foldable design with a mattress and bedding available. The Cot is suitable for a child 2-12 years old. Please let us know if you need either of these items.

The private full bathroom has a low stepover shower, sink, and toilet with plenty of storage space. There is also a laundry room with up to date washer and dryer.

The Great Room and Bedroom have separate AC units and central heat.
Guest access
Guests enter the property through a shared vestibule (see pics) with a private locked door the upstairs apartment.
Other things to note
We have high-speed internet access with lots of outlets to set up your Workspace.

There is a security camera in the shared front vestibule that records video and audio. There are no audio or video units in the apartment itself.

Though we allow a dog to stay with their owner is solely responsible for their care and control.

Because we allow pets, those subject to allergies or a strong aversion to pet dander or fur may wish to consider a different space.
