Master bedroom features a king sized bed, a 55" Smart TV, and en-suite newly remodeled bathroom which includes a custom large size walk-in tile shower with a dual vanity sink. Bedroom #2 and #3 both have queen sized beds and 40" Smart TVs. Bathroom #2 has a shower/tub combo. The living room features a large 55" Smart TV. All TVs have Roku/Netflix/Prime/etc. (guest must have their own subscriptions). TVs are streaming only and come with a Hulu account for free live TV channels. High speed wifi internet throughout the home.

Kitchen features an oven, fridge, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, keurig drip coffee maker, and a french press. The kitchen also has a lovely island counter bar area. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Fireplace is for decor only and does not function. There is a direct line 4-burner propane BBQ for grilling. Garage, driveway, and plenty of street parking available.

Pool heating is available at $50 per day. Pool cooling to 87 degrees in summer is free. Small dogs welcomed as long as house trained ($150 per dog non-refundable fee), cleaned up after, and not allowed on furniture/beds. There is a washer and dryer for guest use. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services.

A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival. A copy of the primary guest's drivers license is also required. Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 2.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments.

$150 non refundable dog fee. No dogs on beds or furniture. Non-shedding, house trained dogs only. Pick up dog feces and put in trash before checking out.

Ring doorbell camera, Ring Floodlight Cams that overlook the driveway/front of house, and also one in the back that overlooks the Backyard. All can be shut off or covered by guest.
