About this property

Welcoming open floor plan opens to west facing private courtyard pool & spa for afternoon sun and east facing patio of kitchen & dining room with bar-b-q and AM sun. Living room, family room, kitchen & dining room are all open to each other with French doors that open to each of the patios. Front patio is the pool area and rear has BBQ and dining area. Both patios feature overhead string lights. Family room features 60” smart TV and Stereo Soundbar. Large master suite has a king bed, comfy lounge area with 55" smart TV. The large bathroom and walk-in closet provide plenty of room to share. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a Jack & Jill bath featuring bath/shower combo. Guest room 2 has a queen bed and guest room 3 has a smaller full size bed. 1 well trained dog is welcome for a $50 additional cleaning fee. We offer a 10% discount for 7 DAYS or more and 20% for 30 days or more. ***SPA HEAT IS INCLUDED BUT POOL HEAT IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $35/DAY***

Such a fantastic spot

From the moment we arrived at the property we were impressed. The house is exceptionally clean and much bigger than we expected. The beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked with necessities. Darren was super accommodating and easy to reach during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home to friends! We're originally from Orange County, Ca and have retired in Baja, MX. Our son manages the rental property. This is our home when we head north in the US so we keep it comfortable for us. We hope you find it so as well.

Why they chose this property

I was raised in the Palm Springs area till the age of 7 then moved to Newport Beach and then Hawaii. Came to this area to visit family over the years & have always loved the desert & this area holds a lot of good memories.

What makes this property unique

Just love the open floor plan, private courtyard with pool. The French doors that open out to the patios. The kitchen is a joy to work in with lots of counter space all around. It's just an all around great house for relaxing & entertaining.
