Located in the gated resort of Emerald Island, this charming home is the ideal choice for your Florida adventure. Fun in the sun is made easy on the screened lanai, complete with a heated pool, a gas grill, and anti-gravity chairs to spark total relaxation mode. This single-story getaway features four bedrooms - two bedrooms that share a bathroom and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with TV for guest convenience. Both en suite bedrooms feature handy, pull-out drawers beneath the beds for guests to store clothes. One of the other bedrooms also includes built-in storage.

Unwind after blissful days in the converted garage, featuring a media room with recliners, an arcade game, and smart TV. Let the kids watch a movie while dinner simmers in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Family-friendly perks include a Pack ‘n Play and children’s dinnerware. Enjoy the use of community basketball and tennis courts as well as a new mini-golf course.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Won’t be staying here again

A lot of things in this home were broken. The recliners in the movie room, the blinds, pool gate, the refrigerator was leaking water, all of the TV remotes had some type of issue, the check in process was a nightmare. It was clean and tidy, but so many things did not work. I would not stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

There was a slight issue with the door code not working when we first arrived but Vacasa customer support was able to help take care of the issue. Overall everything was clean and nice. The kids loved the arcades and media room.

Pool

The house was great and the kids enjoyed the media room. The reason we rented this house was the pool. Upon arrival pool had scum on top of water and was dirty. The pump was not running and had no water in it. I placed several calls and spoke with several people and all I was told was that they will have someone get back to us. This happened in a daily basis. Yet no one ever reached out to us. Very disappointing for the money we spent and that were on vacation. I am glad they said that ALL calls were recorded. I just hope this doesn’t happen to more families. The picture of the pool looked great online. This is false advertising. :(
