In a peaceful setting, this charming and practical fisherman's cottage comprises, on the ground floor: a living/dining room with TV (fireplace not for use), a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator with 3-star freezer compartment, combination oven/microwave, electric filter coffee maker, and Nespresso pod coffee machine.
On the first floor: a landing with a single bed (80cm), a first bedroom with a double bed (160cm), chest of drawers, desk, and a bathroom with a curtain. Separate toilet.
On the second floor: the second bedroom has been created in the attic (low ceiling) with two single beds (90cm) suitable for children, and a chest of drawers. This room is not closed off by a door.
A bucolic, wooded, and enclosed garden of approximately 250 m² with a terrace. West-facing.
Parking for two cars is possible in front of the entrance; the parking area is not enclosed and faces east.
Garden furniture is provided. For babies: child safety gate
PETS: NO
End-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
To be paid one month before arrival: tourist tax (amount to be determined based on the number of people) and security deposit of €800
