This renovated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath villa in the Waterway Building is perfect for couples seeking a relaxing beach vacation. With tranquil lagoon views and just steps away from the beach, Island Club 123 offers new furnishings, updated kitchen, coastal decor, and an open concept living area with a private balcony.

This second-floor walkup villa (No-Elevator) features one level, with the Master bedroom furnished with a King bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a glass shower. The living room includes a large 55" smart TV, a sleep sofa, and another private balcony for sipping coffee or relaxing with a book.

Island Club Resort is a gated community, offering access to a swimming pool, kiddie pool with bubblers and water sprayers, hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness room. You can also use the grilling area or play some cornhole for outdoor entertainment.

Beach access is easy to reach, by following the sidewalk to the front of the Atlantis Building, then onto the Atlantis 1 Beach Path. Additionally, the Island Club Resort is conveniently located to all the amenities that Hilton Head Island offers, including fine dining, live family entertainment, shopping, theater, golf, and watersport activities.

Island Club 123 has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Please note that the property requires a parking pass and accommodates only one vehicle. Smoking and vaping are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. The villa sleeps four and offers free Wi-Fi.

A place to relax

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: clean, roomy, decent location, nice furniture, guard on Sunday (11/19) - Darrin - was excellent and helpful!Cons: squeaky/whiney intermittent noise above both bathrooms was very annoying. Exhaust vent of clothes dryer was unattached when we checked in. Wrong early check in code was given to us (original worked after I finally tried it). Took hours to get a return call when we left messages.

Thanksgiving Get Away

Impressed with location, condo layout and view, We do have some suggestions to make this a 5 Star experience. Initially, the shower did not work, Maintenance came within the hour and got it to work, The water pressure in the shower has a lot to be desired...it was enough to get wet. There was only 4 cups for coffee and 4 wine glasses. We think that area should be addressed. We would not have an issue with booking this condo in the future, if we knew these items were addressed.

Short getaway

123 IC is a gem: clean, comfortable, nice view from the deck. Short walk to the beach with well maintained grounds. It was everything we wanted. Management permitted an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The access code we were given did not work but one phone call corrected the problem. Appreciated the beach chairs but they don’t adjust up or down. There is a single bike; why not two? Would have appreciated some written directions on how to operate the living area television. The bottom line is we would rent this unit again.

Beautiful Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautifully decorated unit. It had everything we needed. A little bit of a walk to the beach but not bad. Got our steps in. We loved the deck that overlooked a pond with a fountain. It was so peaceful our first 3 mornings there. Unfortunately, that Wednesday they had scheduled work and erected scaffolding on our deck which blocked our beautiful view. We know that these things happen but we could no longer enjoy our morning coffee sitting outside. That part was disappointing. I called HHI Rentals twice and sent a message with no response. Overall, our family, which had rented 4 separate units, enjoyed our time at this community. I just wish someone would have responded to me. We were allowed to check in early which we appreciated.
