Recently updated family friendly condo that sleeps 6. Located at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis (Ocean Villa's Building "A") which offers everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Largest outdoor pool on Island, seasonal family activities with on-site restaurants, bike rentals, tennis courts, pickleball court, playground, grilling areas, ice cream stand and three private boardwalks to access the beach.
Our condo offers a private balcony with a beautiful ocean view, plenty of seating to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. New built-in bunks ideal for those 12yrs old and under, new queen-size sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a queen bed. On the cooler winter nights cuddle up by the new electric fireplace. Just steps from the beach! Stocked with all your kitchen needs, a few games, 2 folding luggage racks, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, blow dryer & iron/board. Sheets & bath towels for 4 are included with our rental, no extra charge! This includes cleaning at the end of your stay and a parking pass for 1 vehicle during your stay. If an additional parking pass is needed please message us for details.

My wife, children and I have been regularly visiting North and South Carolina over the last 10 years. We fell in love with Hilton Head as it is quiet but has all the amenities that a family needs for vacationing. We decided to purchase, remodel in Jan 2020 and offer opportunities for families to enjoy! Warm weather, access to the ocean, fishing, crabbing biking, pickleball, the fun is endless here in HH. It's family friendly with only steps to the pool or beach, while having the option of eating at property restaurants, there's no need to leave the resort.
