Holiday house with private pool and view in green Umbria

You can expect a beautiful covered terrace, a private swimming pool (8 mx 4 m, depth 1.50 m) with sun loungers and parasols, and a small playground with a swing and slide. The terrace connects directly to the living / dining room and offers a wonderful view of the green landscape. Another dining area was set up by the pool under a summer arbor (barbecue). In the lush garden you will find aromatic herbs (lavender, sage, rosemary, thyme) and tomatoes for a tasty Mediterranean cuisine.

When you enter the house you are immediately in the beautiful, spacious living / dining room (dining table, sofa, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV, internet access, DVD), which has direct access to the terrace and garden. To the right of the entrance is a storage room with an ironing board and iron. On the left is the large, very well-equipped kitchen (table, dishwasher, 4 gas hot plates, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen scale, etc.)
On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and a shower room with toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.
A staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. There are two bedrooms, a shower room with toilet and hairdryer and a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and hairdryer. One bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm wide double bed, the second with three 80 cm wide single beds (two of which can be pushed together if desired).
