Osage Beach - Margaritaville Sunset Cliff Hide-A-Way located in Tan-Tar-A Estates. A newly decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom entire home. With an upper level screened in deck with a view of the Lake of the Ozarks and access to a deck from each bedroom. Enjoy the open kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 large dining areas as well as all the amenities you will need for a great stay at Lake of the Ozarks.
The space
Tan-Tar-A Estates is a gated community with a hilly and wooded feel. Two neighborhood pools are available for you to enjoy. It sits adjacent to Margaritaville Resort. The resort offers lots of amenities for you to take advantage of including a Marina that offers boat rentals, Waverunner rentals, a boat launch and boat parking, Cruises on Tropic Island the resort's large excursion boat, Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, 27 holes of championship golf, and a full service spa. The Lake of the Ozarks area offers a tremendous amount of things to do. There is something for everyone, whether you are looking for fast-paced action or a peaceful escape from the rigors of life. Indulge in an afternoon of wine tasting, attend a concert at the Main Street Music Hall or the Ozarks Amphitheater. Spend the day hiking, boating, and swimming nearby at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park or Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park. Set out for a day of shopping at the nearby outlet mall or explore beneath the surface at the Ozark Caverns, Bridal Cave and Stark Caverns.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 11:00 am. Please take all garbage to the garbage can outside and put it inside the can to avoid fines from the garbage collection company.
Make sure the propane tank is turned to the off position. Turn off the bathroom exhaust fans and all lights. Keep the beds unmade.
Please make sure the security bars on the sliding glass doors are in the locked position. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher with a dishwasher gel pack from under the sink, and start the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent Property!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It is centrally located so your are 20 minutes from anywhere you would want to go. The management had everything on order we got the code for the front door a couple of days before and the property was in excellent condition. The management company texted and the owner also called to make sure all was going great. Bedrooms are huge and all with their own full bath. Great property!

Beautifully decorated home. AC worked well in these dog days of Missouri summer. Owners were super communicative and responsive ensuring we had everything we needed and were pleased. Kitchen was super stocked with items to cook with and serve. Bathrooms loaded with towels. We WILL be back! ❤️

Home was accommodating to the needs of my family. Location within resort was perfect.

This property was spacious allowing my family to spread out. The view was as expected and the screened porch was a perfect place to hang out each evening.
