Located in the popular East Nashville neighborhood this brand new home is less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown - close to the action, but a quiet place to recharge.

Full size, stainless steel appliances making cooking a breeze and plenty of storage space in the kitchen so you can tuck away your snacks. Both bedrooms feature large closets and ensuite bathrooms, making it easy to get ready for the night out.
We want checkout to be a breeze so all we ask is that if you have time, and are able to, you take your trash to the conveniently located community dumpster and start the dishwasher - that's it! No long list of chores or unreasonable expectations, like some properties require.

My two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The proximity to downtown as well as the Opry Mills area was handy. The property itself was very clean and well appointed. I would be glad to recommend staying in this property.
Great place to stay in Nashville. Centrally located with good restaurants and breweries very close, and only a short Uber ride to downtown areas. Host was very communicative and made us feel right at home.
This was the perfect spot it was very clean an very close to all the main attraction. Highly recommend we will definitely stay again next time we’re in Nashville.
Awesome location close to Broadway and Airport! House was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Owners were very responsive. Overall very easy, fun stay, thanks!
Everything was very clean and nice and close to many chosen destinations. Had a small issue when security code stopped working at gate, but the owner resolved the problem quickly and kindly. Would stay there again.
My husband and I loved this cute place! Super clean, great communication from the property owner/manager, and only a few mins from downtown. We would definitely recommend!
