We loved staying here! The property was right in the beach which was a game changer for my group with 4 kids under 3yo. The house was clean and the kitchen was very large. There was no shortage of seating. Had a great time, thanks for having us!

Perfect place for a large group! Hosts were in communication with me the whole time, and made the check in and stay a seamless process. I would definitely stay again here in the future for any similar trips!

Great home, perfect location and amenities!

This is the perfect home for a multi-family vacation with so many bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were very much appreciated and being right on the ocean was fantastic!

My extended family and I stayed here for a week and we couldn’t have been happier! The property was even nicer than it looked in the posting, spacious, clean, and accommodating for adults and kids. The quick walk to the beach was amazing, and the pool felt like a resort. 10/10 vacation and home!! We will absolutely be coming again.

Perfect for large group

We had 13 adults and 2 dogs with plenty of space to spread out and never feel overly cramped in the space. The outdoor area was very nice and made for a great place to gather by the pool. The fact that the pool was heated was an excellent bonus!

College Graduate Celebration

There was 16 of us who came to watch my daughter graduate from UNE! We enjoyed the beach, hot tub, pool table, foosball. We tried the pool but was a little cold. Great view to wake up to and enjoy drinking your coffee. We stayed 4 nights.

This house was a dream!! There were so many rooms with ocean views allowing you to fall asleep to the sound of waves. My husband and I stayed with our three daughters and their husbands and our 2 grandchildren. The house was large enough to give everyone their privacy if needed. The hot tub was enjoyed every night and it was so nice to walk right out onto the beach. We all wished we had booked for more than three days

Our family had a wonderful time at your home. It was just as beautiful in person with everything that you could possibly need. The location was great. So many things to do in the area. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.We enjoyed the nice heated pool and the private pathway to the beach. The yard was also beautiful. Very well kept.This was our 7th family reunion and it was definitely one of our favorites. Thank you so much.

The location for this house could not be beat - quick path through some tall grass and you are at the beach! The pool was big, beautiful, and heated to a great temp. Kids loved the hot tub and fire pit, too. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating so our party of 22 could all eat together every night! Excellent layout and number of bedrooms made sleeping accommodations perfect for our big group. Walkable to nearby shops and restaurants and great home base for exploring the region. Only negative would be that some of the house was in rough shape - the bathtub in the main upstairs bath was out of order, the roof of the kitchen leaked during a rain storm, and the back screen doors were both broken, so we had to use big heavy glass sliding doors which didn’t slide on the track easily and were very hard for the little kids to open and close. The owner was very responsive to our concerns and sent someone out right away to look at the doors but there wasn’t a quick fix during our stay. We were also surprised that we had to put all of the sheets on the beds when we arrived — this may be one reason they can keep the cost of the rental down, but it was a little annoying, so sharing it here. Overall, however, great house, amazing location, fabulous outdoor amenities, responsive owners — would stay here again in a heartbeat!
