"High Tide" - Bahia 4215

This beautiful 1 bed / 1 bath studio condo is located in the heart of the SanDestin Golf & Beach Resort directly next to the happening area called “The Village”.

ABOUT THE SPACE

This 500 sq ft studio features tall ceilings and has a warm soothing décor designed for ultimate relaxation.

As you enter the condo, to your right, is the full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo and great countertop space.

The kitchenette is equipped with both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Bring your favorite coffee grounds or k-cups!

There is a large, comfortable, king-size bed, alongside a queen-size sleeper sofa so this condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults.

The dedicated living room has a mounted 50" flat screen Smart TV with a private Juliet balcony overlooking the pool.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Nestled within Sandestin, The Village of Baytowne Wharf offers a delightful array of boutiques, galleries, and eateries alongside a plethora of family-friendly entertainment, seasonal festivities, and unique events! You could spend your entire time within this community wandering through the beautiful streets lined with shopping and fine cuisine.

*Shuttle service within the Village is available and provided for guests. There is a tram that runs in 2 continuous loops and each stop is visited every 30 minutes. *Beach access: There are two routes that run to the beach and back. The Beach Express is a seasonal route that runs continuously from The Grand Sandestin to the beach only.

OTHER INFORMATION

*All Renters must be 25 or older (except for children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.

This condo has covered garage parking.

Included dedicated tram service with each rental. Two circle the resort with one specifically to and from the beach on roughly 10-15 min cycles.

All guests will have my direct number and I'm available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have about or during your stay.

Location was perfect! Everyone including property manager was very accommodating and helpful. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall great stay!!

Great location/has everything you'd need nearby

Great host, very good communication and helpful. Property was clean and in an excellent location. Nearby restaurants and bars, tram service is excellent. Only cons were the big pool in front of the apartment was not heated (it was Feb, so understandable). Hot tubs made up for it. If staying for long term such as a month, in my case, it's hard to keep the place clean without a vacuum. I did have to buy a number of cleaning products, which really wasn't a problem. I had a great time.

February getaway

Room was just what we needed for our stay. Perfect for two adults and two small kids. We didn’t plan to cook while there so the kitchenette was enough for us. We were able to heat up our coffee and store our drinks. We have stayed in many condos like this one but this has the best bathroom. Spacious and large vanity! Plus a full-size tub. Just two small things noted before next guests, replace batteries in fire stick remote and linens for pull out bed. Remote worked for us but kept saying low on battery. We also had our own blankets for the kids so we made it work! All in all, we would stay here again and recommend for anyone:) Thanks again!

Great Location - Inflated Pricing

This was essentially a hotel room with inflated prices. The location is great, a short walk from the wharf area, which is very nice. But, we could have gotten a hotel room for considerably less, which is basically what this was. Why am I paying all of this extra money in different fees, especially for the high cleaning fee, when they want you to pick up and clean up after yourself, and I wouldn’t have to do that at a hotel when cleaning is already built into the price??
