This 4th floor condo boasts beautiful views from both the patio & the master bedroom overlooking the hot tub and the largest of four gorgeous resort pools.

ABOUT THE CONDO

This is a luxurious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo that can sleep up to 6 guests and includes a sleeper sofa. We are located on the 4th floor of the Market Street Inn community; just above The Village.
This condo has been beautifully updated & furnished; all appliances throughout the condo are new including the in-unit washer & dryer.
*Very important, we also include both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker for your use. Bring your favorite K Cups or coffee grounds!

BEDROOM & BATH

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size mattress with patio access to unobstructed views of the pool and plenty of closet space for two. It has an ensuite bathroom with modern vessel sink and a bathtub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom has a queen size mattress and includes its own closet, large dresser, and great views out the window! The guest bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower.

KITCHEN & LIVING

Our open concept kitchen and living room is bright and inviting! You can enjoy beautiful views of the resort pool throughout the condo. This kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking supplies and has beautiful new stainless steel appliances.
The dining area has seating for four, with four additional bar stool seats for (8 total).
The Living Room has a 49’’ flatscreen TV along with a large sliding glass door that leads to the balcony that extended from the living room to the Master Bedroom with incredible resort and pool views!
You also have access to an in unit washer and dryer. *Laundry pods provided.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Nestled within Sandestin, The Village of Baytowne Wharf offers a delightful array of boutiques, galleries, and eateries alongside a plethora of family-friendly entertainment, seasonal festivities, and unique events! You could spend your entire time within this community wandering through the beautiful streets lined with shopping and fine cuisine.

*Shuttle service within the Village is available and provided for guests. There is a tram that runs in 2 continuous loops and each stop is visited every 30 minutes.

*Beach access: There are two routes that run to the beach and back. The Beach Express is a seasonal route that runs continuously from The Grand Sandestin to the beach only.

Resort amenities include: four championship golf courses, putt-putt courses, four separate resort swimming pools, world-class tennis center with 15 courts, a full equipment center and spa, and a 113-slip marina from the bay.
Waverunner rentals, bicycle rentals, kayak & boogie board rentals, tennis courts, parasail rides (double/triple), fitness center, and Club KZ which is supervised children's activities including meals all available to guests for a small fee.

OTHER INFORMATION

*Shuttle Transportation Service around the resort grounds as well as to and from the beautiful white-sand beaches is included for all guests with each reservation!
*All Renters must be 25 or older (except for children with adults) **Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age
*We do provide large count dish pods, laundry pods, and extra trash bags for our guests to use in the condo.

Great place at a stunning resort! Walkable to restaurants, shopping, zip line, arcade, so much!! Walkable to a pier for the most gorgeous sunset! The place itself was lovely! My kids said they wanted to take their bed home, hah! We slept so well and had everything we needed!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property, everything within the unit was as expected! Plus a Keurig coffee maker, YAY! We loved being within walking of all that the Villages of Baytowne Wharf had to offer. So close to the beaches and shopping! Would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Convenient Location; Cozy Condo

This is one of the smaller condos on property but was all we needed. The weather was nice, so we were outside most of the time. It had everything we needed for our New Year's stay. We've been enjoying Baytowne during NYE for over 15 years and have stayed in most of the buildings. Booking and check-in was easy. We were provided necessary information and had no issues or reasons to contact host.

We enjoyed the condo, everything was nice! We really enjoyed the back porch and the view. Location is perfect. We love Baytowne Wharf and everything it has to offer. I needed the Property Manager and he was quick to respond and helpful. We appreciated that. And the beds were very uncomfortable so we slept good while there. Enjoyed it.

Great condo!

This condo was pretty awesome! Location was great, great view of pool, nice balcony, and nice decor inside. Only problem we had was some of the lights didn’t work and ice machine didn’t produce ice (but that’s ok because there’s an ice machine in building) Overall I would highly recommend this condo and it was the EASIEST check in we’ve ever had!

Great New Year's Eve Location

We enjoyed our stay here and the condo appears just as pictured. The location was perfect for staying in Baytowne and enjoying the area restaurants, shops, and fireworks on the lawn. The sofa bed is a nice option in the two bedrooms and the condo was clean with basic supplies for the weekend. Take disposable foil pans for any oven cooking as there is no sheet pan, but there are plenty of skillets and pots for cooking on the stove. The porch has chairs and a table that is perfect for relaxing outdoors. We enjoyed time with friends celebrating the New Year!

Perfect location just steps away from everything. Beds were very comfortable and condo was clean. we had one tiny issue, but a quick text to Michael and it was resolved within minutes. We didn’t cook any meals (too many wonderful restaurants) but the kitchen appeared to have everything you may need. Beautiful views of the pool and grounds from the very large balcony. Fantastic pool just one floor down made for a relaxing afternoon. All the restaurants, bars, shopping and kids activities you could wish for on the lower level. Book this place!

Baytown Wharf

When arriving we were pleasantly surprised at how pretty the grounds were. Our condo was very clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Just down the elevator we had access to a great pool and the Wharf. The wharf was great if you didn't want to go off the resort for the night. Great restaurants, activities for the kids and a small store for fast grabs. The bay was not a far walk at all. When leaving we left a very expensive personal item behind and Michael the property manager went above and beyond to make sure we got our item back being that we live in Texas. He was awesome! I highly recommend this property especially if you are bringing kids.

Fun for everyone

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place for a family to stay. Lots of fun things to do for all age ranges, and all within a short walking distance! The nightly entertainment was a plus especially the weeknight fireworks display put a smile on everyone’s face! Our Vrbo host was excellent! Booking, check-in instructions and check-out couldn’t be any easier. He was quick to respond to our questions and very personable. The condo was spacious with a pleasant, shady balcony view of the pool! The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were adequately supplied. Only wish the pool had more lights for night swimming and wish we could have stayed longer of course! We loved it!

Made a quick shopping trip to Destin. Was super easy with the door code & parking was a breeze. The condo is a bit worn down, needs updating. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The pool area looked amazing but it was raining both days. My husband was charged $15 to use the gym. Wi-Fi was good. The property was very quiet & parking was not a problem.

We have stayed several times previously at North and South Observation Point as well as the Pilot House in the Sandestin Golf Beach Resort Baytowne Wharf. This was the first stay in the Market Inn. Walk out to Baytowne Wharf, excellent convenient protected parking and the property is well maintained. Our resident manager, Michael Pasek was great when responding to issues over the internet source. I have only one very minimal complaint at that is that the toilet required multiple flushes to completely empty. Otherwise this was the usual excellent property and location we have always enjoyed. We highly recommend it for the Wharf and the Marina grill sunsets which are spectacular.

Baytowne Wharf is a great place to stay so many activities, golf, pickleball, tennis, biking beaches and entertainment at the wharf area and the surrounding area. So many restaurants to choosr. The bathroom in the master needs some hand rails, the shower is deep and hard to step into. Should alao have some usb charging options. The condo is limited on easily accesible electric outlets. The condo works well for 4, might be tight for 6 guests.

Very Disappointed

The location was great but the condo was in need of repair, cleaning and updating. Very dirty but some things were remedied while we were there. Had to wait a week for the internet because it quit on us and the owner had to mail a key to get into the locked closet.
