The cottage is in a great location. It's very clean, on a quiet street and less than two blocks from the beach. Lots of nice touches like a wagon to carry things to the beach, beach chairs, and a washer and dryer is clutch. If you're traveling with young kids, know that the master bedroom is kind of far from the other bedrooms, so you won't be able to hear them without a monitor. There was one big downside (it is mentioned in the description but I do want to bring attention to it). The driveway was majorly flooded for most of our trip. The water was past our ankles. It wasn't enough to really bother us, but if you have issues with mobility or are trying to carry things in, just note that it can be really quite flooded.
This cottage was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. Much bigger than I expected. The beds were comfy, large kitchen and multiple seating areas. I loved the large amount of beach supplies. The parking easily fits two cars in tandem. This was a great stay. We will be back next year.
Had a great time with the family. The house was perfect for what we needed. Manager was very helpful and informative. Great location close to amenities but tucked away for quiet and privacy.
we loved the cottage it was so nice and clean and cozy it was perfect for our family. Comunication between us and Tracey was great she answered any questions we had. The distance from the cottage to the beach was a five minute or less walk witch was awsome. Would love to stay again ❤
Nice affordable, close enough to many destinstions. Only issue was the small portable heater had dust build up, started smoking. We unplugged and didnt use. Other than that, overall a nice stay.

We appreciate your comments and would have swapped out the heater had you contacted us with your concern. Glad you had an enjoyable trip.
Best beach house I’ve stayed in a long time!! Tracy was amazing with check-in process. Even with the little trouble I had with the key no problem she fixed it right away. The house was spotless and came with everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. All in all it was just amazing.
The home is definitely a beach cottage. It’s small but you spend most of your time out and about enjoying the area so not a big deal. The only issue we had was that it was a rainy week and whenever it rained the driveway and all around the house flooded so you couldn’t leave the house without being ankle deep in water for a while after the rain stopped.
My family of 4 had an amazing time in Hampton Beach. Our house had all the amenities and living space needed for the week there. A washer/dryer, outdoor shower and A/C were some great features than other rentals in the area. Asking for a higher rate, did not supply. The driveway does get very flooded after a storm, but thats nothing a pair of flip flops cant handle. As far as location, we were 5 mins from the beach and no further than 10 mins from any of the restaurants or other entertainment along the strip. We couldnt have asked for a better experience for our 1st time visiting and would recommend to anyone planning a trip.
the property is well placed, the communication with tracy was easy and the price is fair. the a/c worked well. there is also good equipment provided for the beach.
the place is small, but it was ok for 4 adults. side note, it was not a problem for us, but the ceiling aint that high in some places so i would not recommand for very tall people.
the kitchen isnt that well equiped so keep that in mind and bring some stuff like tupperwares or ziplocs for beach picnics and also cooking staples like oil, sugar, spices, etc. Also bring TP.
overall a good spot, you just need to come a bit prepared if you dont wanna dine out! Thanks for the stay Tracy
Cottage was clean and had everything needed. We had a few major issues we could not get over, one being the bath tub was clogged the entire time we were there so every time we showered we were in our own dirty sandy bath water anywhere from our ankles up depending on our height. #2 being the amenities like the picnic table and the grill outside the home to hang out and relax after a day at the beach we could not enjoy, for one the grill was completely rotted and falling apart due to the crazy amount of rust. And not to mention it looked like it had never been cleaned before…We couldn’t enjoy sitting outside of our cabin because the host failed to tell us about the high tide and low tides at the beach or the fact that even after the tides come in the water never actually goes back into the marsh, it just stays in the driveway. When I tell u the water stays in the driveway we were there for four nights and there was not one day we did not have to leave or come back to stinky stagnant marsh water and had to walk all the way through it to get in or out of the cabin… (completely surrounded by water 100%) which made going back to the cabin suck!! Also because we were unaware of all of This and because we were afraid for our vehicles to become water damaged do to both the salt water and how high the water had risen nightly. we had to pay for overnight parking every night we stayed there. #3 ALL MATTRESSES NEED REPLACING….def wasn’t worth what I paid! Not Happy at all!!!
