Villa Oleander is located in Marina, between Sibenik and Split. The airport is a 15-minute drive from the villa. The apartment is with a balcony and sea view. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom, kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, bedroom and children's room, living room and kitchen area. The villa is very quiet and offers enough parking space for your car. We have provided a large grill fireplace for our guests and can always be used for nice barbecues. The beautiful (UNESCO) town of Trogir with many sights and gourmet restaurants is only seven kilometers away. From Trogir you can make beautiful trips to one of the countless islands with taxi boats, as well as boat tours. The sea is crystal clear and very warm. The people of Croatia are very hospitable and usually always in a good mood. We would be very happy to have you visit us.

Leuk appartement op een goede locatie

We hebben een leuke week gehad. Het is een mooi appartement dichtbij de haven met leuke restaurantjes. De inventaris is niet geheel compleet na melding wel gelijk opgelost. De schoonmaak was niet geheel grondig gedaan. Het is een heerlijk zwembad en mooi terras. Het is jammer dat gasten dit rommelig achterlaten en dat het dan de volgende dag er slordig bijstaat.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Leider ist das Objekt schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und somit nicht mit den Bildern vergleichbar. Dusche ist völlig verkalkt und die Griffe fehlen. Es wurde grob gewischt und im Bad lag bei Anreise ein dicker Büschel Haare. Ansonsten war es einigermaßen geputzt. Wir waren zu dritt angemeldet. Es gab aber nur ein Bettlaken als Decke. Für das Gästebett gab es keine Bettwäsche. Ein drittes Duschtuch fand ich auf dem Hausflur in einem Schrank. Die Küche war gut bestückt. Leider gab es nur 2 kleine und eine große Tasse, sodass man immer abwaschen musste. Es gab nur einen alten Besen und eine Kehrschaufel. Also war eine Zwischenreinigung nur grob möglich. Für das Geld hätten wir wirklich mehr erwartet. Der Pool war okay, aber ich bezweifle, dass die Wasserqualität überprüft wurde. Deshalb haben wir ihn nicht genutzt. Unser Sohn hat gebadet und danach immer geduscht. Schade, dass man hier in der Beschreibung so verblendet wird. Wir sind deshalb auch einen Tag früher als geplant ausgezogen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Marina

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Oleander war ein voller Erfolg. Das Appartment hatte alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool und die gesamte Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und luden zum Verweilen ein. Auch, wenn alle Apartments belegt sind, findet jeder einen Platz für Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Nähe zum Strand und den umliegenden Buchten/Städten machten viele eindrucksvolle Erlebnisse/Ausflüge möglich. Bei Fragen und Hilfe steht die "Hausmeisterin", wie auch Familie Fuchs (sofern selber vor Ort) sehr aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit und kompetent zur Verfügung. Wir können den Urlaub in Marina uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

superbes vacances

nous avons passés de superbes vacances, Mr Fuch et son fils nous attendaient lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 18h. L'appartement est moderne avec une belle vue sur la mer et la piscine. La plage, les bars, les resto, la boulangerie et l'épicerie sont à environ 400m. l'appartement est idéalement située et au calme donc parfait pour une famille. AU TOP!!!

Description a bit off

This apartment is in a great location and the pool is lovely. However, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were shown a 1 bedroom - 2 bed apartment. The host was very accommodating and swapped so we did get our 2 bedrooms plus sofa bed (which they list as 3 bedroom) The washing machine listed is coin op - in Euros! The air con is on a timer so you only get about 30 mins. The whole apartment was a bit tired with marks on ceiling and heavily discoloured shower. Most concerning was the capped pipes coming out of most walls - including the ones coming out of the floor right behind the bunk bed steps - not very child friendly.

Es ist sehr Interessant zu lesen, wie sich manche Gäste alles zurecht legen. Sie haben eine Einzimmerwohnung gebucht und wollten dann vor Ort eine größere. Da eine größere Dreizimmerwohnung frei war, bekamen sie diese ohne Aufpreis. Dass sie die Balkontüre offen liesen und zum Strand wollten und dabei die Klimaanlage lief, sodass unsere Hausdame sie ansprach, die Klimaanlage bitte wieder ab zu schalten, erwähnen sie hier nicht. Das sind eben solche Sachen, dass man die Klimaanlage jede 30 Minuten neu starten muss. Also finde ich ihre Bewertung nicht korekt.

Sehr schöne Anlage

Hier ist es sehr schön.Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Landschaftlich sehr schön.Hier kann man seinen Urlaub unbeschwert geniessen.Beschreibung ist sehr genau der Anlage.Von hier aus kann mann alles zu Fuß erreichen

sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist im ganzen sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem Balkon von dem man einen direkten Blick auf das Meer hat. Empfangen wurden wir von einer sehr netten Hausfrau und einer Flasche ihres hausgemachten Weins. Die Wohnungsanlage bietet allen Gästen im Haus einen wunderschönen großen Pool und einen Grill den wir natürlich sofort genutzt haben. Der nahgelegene Strand ist für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Die Gastgeber waren bei der Kontaktaufnahme sehr höfflich, nett und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung und Anlage der Villa Oleander hinterließ bei uns im ganzen ein fantastischen Eindruck und wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder! Kleiner Tipp: Den romantischen Sonnenuntergang am Strand sollte man auf jedenfall nicht verpassen!
