Charming Quiberon house renovated in 2024 of 100 m² with authentic character, ideal for 4 people. In the city centre and some 8 minutes walk from the sea, it welcomes you in a quiet environment with garden and close to all amenities only 300m. Supermarket 30m not overlooked.

On the ground floor:
- An open and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3-burner induction hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and all the basic utensils),
- A living room with sofa, 3 armchairs, large format TV.
- A dining room with a large 2m table and 6 chairs.

On the ground floor:
- A bedroom with a "Queen Size" bed (160x200cm), a large closet, duvet.
- A second bedroom with a "Queen Size" bed also (160x200cm) and cupboard,
