This home is perfect for families and is a must book! It is so roomy and cozy and close to everything, shopping and the beach (Siesta Key). Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing. We plan to book again when we return.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this home. Great location close to Siesta Beach and many restaurants we loved nearby. The backyard was awesome and we loved the spa and pool. Loved the decor. The house is beautiful and well stocked. No complaints.

The house was everything we hoped for!! The pool and hot tub and backyard patio was just really perfect! We had a few minor issues but the local manager Braella was right on it! She is really what customer service is all about!! We will definitely rent this home again!!

Our Vacation in Sarasota

Overall, we were very pleased with our rental. The spa/hot tub controller was hard to find, and there were no cushions for the 4 large patio chairs. Also, the hot tub was very low with no railings for support. But I'd rate our stay a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Excellent tropical paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at organic fun. The house was as listed. The pool and spa area are beautiful, very tropical and private. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and it was nice to have 3 king size beds. It’s in a great location close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The property managers were very responsive. The house was perfectly clean with the new housekeepers. We would definitely go again and would recommend it.

Girls getaway

Well let me say the house is quaint. It’s beautifully decorated and spacious. The rooms were sizable as were the beds. The house was not clean as new guests were arriving. Yes beds were made and the appearance was that of it being clean but as you stay you see stains on the couch and we’re very noticeable and gave me the shivers as to what made them. We found stickers and trash from past guests around the rooms on the floor which indicated that cleaning person doesn’t do a thorough job, just superficial tasks. One of the rooms were not able to accommodate for the bunk beds they offered which made me have to bunk with another person to fix that issue. The top bunk is too close to the ceiling and is wired. Thank God three planned persons didn’t come on the trip leaving room for us to change room situations because we would have had big issues if they did. We made the best of the situation that was given to us and we enjoyed our time but the homeowner and company renting these spaces out need to be more thorough in the cleaning because people are spending their hard earned money to relax away from home and want a clean environment to do that. After reading the other reviews before our stay I thought that maybe those issues would be addressed but not really. The pool and hot tub was amazing.

Siesta Key Honeymoon

This was a very special week for our family as we traveled to SK for our Beach Wedding. We have traveled to the area before and stayed in variety of homes and never had issues like these. Our issues began immediately. The home was not clean. It was missing basic items that should be a part of a home for rent. Lack of towels, no dish towels or rags. The shower curtain was old with stains. They dropped off a new curtain for us to replace. The beds were extremely uncomfortable with worn sheets and limited blankets. There were blood stains on one of the mattress pads and when alerted the housekeeping was the blame and they were sent to the house with a new one for us to put on. Absolutely not right. There is no way anyone could have missed the stains. My husband and I had to sleep on the couch after 3 nights with no sleep. The pool was supposed to be serviced weekly and had not been cleaned for over a week and no one showed up while we were there. There was a dark film left on anything floating in the pool. The Property Manager attempted to assist us and was timely in her response, however the owner absolutely had no interest in making our stay more comfortable. They were aware that we were there for our wedding as well.

We enjoyed our stay at organic fun. There are so many positives about this home. This is our third time staying at this home and it has been an excellent experience each time. We were pleasantly delighted by this rental the first time we came. The house offers a private backyard oasis and the pool was very important to us and it doesn't disappoint!. The highlight is the pool and hot tub which our 9-year-old and 10 year-olds both enjoyed. We loved the screened-in porch and if TV is your thing, there are 5 in the home. The home has everything you need for a great vacation experience. Its located close to many things to do. It was very spacious. The house was clean and equipped well. We like to cook and the kitchen has everything we need. Close to shops and Siesta Key is less then 5 miles away.The house has a nice layout so you have lots of room to hang out in different areas and not feel crammed. The AC works very well and the appliances are mostly all new. Thank you so much for all you put into this home to make guests comfortable with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.

Backyard paradise

This house did not disappoint! This home is beautifully decorated and the pool area is amazing! We loved the pool and hot tub and the paradise in the backyard. We originally wanted to go to the beach but after arriving we ended up not wanting to leave! The house itself is beautiful and has an excellent layout with everything you could want. We were a bit concerned when we booked it about some issues others had experienced but they assured us the house was under new management and cleaning staff. Well they were right! They even had brand new memory foam gel mattress in the master waiting for us. The house is well stocked and well cleaned and the location is excellent. Close to everything including the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely book it again and actually reserved for January already.

Great place to stay!

This house was awesome! It is as gorgeous as the pictures show. The kitchen had everything you needed as far as appliances go and necessities. The beds were comfortable and the house has been nicely updated. We liked the separate master bedroom with it's own en-suite and loved the fact that the house has 3 king size beds. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room and loved the pool. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal and we enjoyed every minute. Kids didn't even want to leave to go to the beach. We loved the location of the house . Close to everything. Great for families. The property manager was excellent and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Beautiful pool and hot tub! Exactly as pictured.

We really enjoyed the outside area of this house! It is a beautiful home and it was nice to be able to eat all of our meals outside as well as swim in the pool and sit in the hot tub. The rooms and bathrooms also worked out well for sleeping arrangements for six adults and one child. The crib and high chair were a special bonus for the one-year old and made sleeping and eating very convenient for her.

We really enjoyed our week here. The place was expected and perfect for our group. Nice and clean, except the pool was an issue. The pool is an issue due to the trees hanging over the cage which in turn drops a lot of debris. Thus the pool gets very dirty because of this. It was so bad the week we were there, plants were rooting and growing into the screen! I am surprised some one would own such a lovely home, yard and pool but allow the trees to ruin their cage and pool. We would definitely rent here again. Location is perfect.

Lots of Pros and a Few Cons

This property overall is very nice. Rooms and spaces are just as shown. Check in was easy and rooms were clean. The freezer is in desperate need of a defrost - completely iced over and the ice cream we bought was melted to milk - kids literally drank it with a straw as the freezer door would not even shut properly. Laundry room was convenient however rust and dirt around the washer door- could use a deep clean once or twice a year. While the home's location was nice it is a very busy and loud street. The sirens from the emergency vehicles went past our place multiple times a day and night at all hours. Also, every night we heard tires squeeling and motors revving - sounds like a great street for people to race down at night. Our biggest issue was the pool heat and the poor service we received from Vacasa. The pool was cloudy and dirty with leaves and sand when we arrived and was not cleaned until Thursday afternoon of our stay (we checked out on Saturday morning). The pool was not heated when we arrived, which was ok with us - we prefer the pool to be used for the kids to play and to cool off. However the hot tub was also not heated. After 6 days of back and forth we were informed by Vacasa that in order for the hot tub to be heated you need to pay to have the pool heated. The stress of managing all the calls, voicemails and text messages throughout our stay was quite irritating. So be warned, if you want the hot tub to be warm - you must pay in advance. This headache was increased because the people at Vacasa did not seem to have their information correct. I sat on hold for 35 minutes to talk with a person about "adding" the pool heat and was informed by the person that the house I was staying at did not have a pool??? That led to another 35 minute hold in hopes of finding someone that could actually help. I am fairly certain I will avoid properties managed by Vacasa if at all possible in the future.
