Very nice appartment in a...

Very nice appartment in a quiet green area close to the yacht club. Croisette, beach and centre is in walking distance. In June there were absolutely no problems with parking near the house. Garden view is good as there is absolutely no noise in the night. Appartment is clean and cosy, we enjoyed it a lot. We were resting with a small baby 3 months old and this place is child friendly too. Very convenient being with the pram as there is an elevator in the building. Everything was perfect, we are very satisfied with the appartment, in case of return we will book it again!!!

An appartament is like it is on the pictures. Very clean and cozy and with all the necessary thinks you may need to feel you at home. Cyril is a great host, who was always available for answering all our questions. The day we arrived his wife Marlene has welcomed us in the best way possible. For who is looking for a silent place, close to the center but at the same time far away from the city noise it's a perfect place to stay. There are only seagulls which may disturb you, but they are everywhere in Cannes. Also there is no air condition but we didn't find it uncomfortable as there is a fan which has helped us a lot. I highly recommend this place.

L’appartement est en tous points conforme à sa description, il est très agréable à vivre et idéalement situé et nous y avons passé avec mes deux filles une agréable semaine. Madame Jacopin nous a en outre réservé un excellent accueil et s’est montrée très disponible. Un grand merci à elle et à bientôt !

Välutrustat, rent o trevligt!

Otroligt trevlig o hjälpsam värdinna. Allt var fint och rent och massor med köksutrustning. Stor härlig balkong mot innergård och sydvästläge. 140-säng i sovrummet, och 140 bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, går att vara fyra personer, men bara två dubbeltäcken. Kanske kan man få enkla om man frågar. 25 min promenad till Palais, men lugnt och fint område. Överlag ett härligt ställe med god kommunikation.

O proprietário não estava à espera nem deixou contacto o que originou uma espera de várias horas

O proprietário alegou que a Homeaway não confirmou a reserva e por isso não estava no apartamento para receber os hóspedes. Finalmente o apartamento também não se encontrava limpo o que depois de várias horas a tentar localizar o proprietário e finalmente e por mero acaso aconteceu ainda atrasou mais a entrega. Outro tema desagradável foi a ausência de AC no apartamento e a entrega de apenas 2 toalhas de banho para uma estadia de 3 noites

Il y a effectivement eu un problème de communication avec le locataire. Nous n'avions pas son heure d'arrivée et il a fallu gérer dans l'urgence la mise en état de l'appartement afin qu'il soit accueilli dans les meilleures conditions. Nous faisons tout pour que nos locataires soient bien accueillis et restons à leur écoute pour trouver des solutions.

Tres gentil et les tous était bon !

L'appartement est une très bon location. Proche Croisette et directement a la maison sont deux petit Casino, deux Boucheries une Boulangerie, Coiffure, etc.
