If you are looking for a location close enough to walk to almost everything but still quiet at night this is your spot. If/when I decided to visit again I would not hesitate to stay here. THANKS

Uptown Flat Review

The property was just as advertised - very clean and functional with a spacious enclosed porch. We were a short walk to the fort and the historic downtown. Smart TVs in each bedroom were nice for some downtime. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable and Clean Apartment

This apartment was so clean and neat. We stayed for two nights and felt comfortable right away. We never had to drive anywhere. It is short walk to downtown and there was a lovely restaurant, bakery, shops and a few other places to eat just around the corner from the apartment. A perfect location!

Ancient City Flat March 2023

The listing is accurate and spot on. The rental is clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for the two of us to stay comfortable and perfectly located to allow us to walk every where we wanted to go. The hosts are friendly and helpful and very communicative. We enjoyed out time and will look to stay here again when we return to the St. Augustine area (and we will return).

Vacation with friends

Overall the rental was very clean, very comfortable, cozy and accommodating. The online listing stated that there is no smoking but usually in most places we have rented you are allowed to smoke on the patio or deck outside. I assumed smoking would be allowed on the screened in balcony outside, but when we arrived, the welcome book stated that there was no smoking on the property at all which was fine with my wife and I because we don't smoke. We rented this place to spend time with friends on vacation who do smoke so they had to go out to the street every time they wanted to smoke. They were good sports though and said it was okay. I just wish I would have known before I rented it. All in all it was a great place to stay and we had a great time and we would definitely recommend this place to relax on vacation or a little getaway. Thank you Danny and Andrea for offering such a nice and cozy place away from home.
