Great beachfront spot!

Well apportioned apartment right at the beach. Apartment host included really thoughtful amenities (boogie boards, games, toys, small coolers). Owner was very responsive to our questions and space is really nice! Pool very clean! We loved it!

Fabulous location, a few improvements to make it 5-star

Fantastic location right on the beach with an amazing combo of beach and pool! Beach is deep and clean and plenty of space in mid-August. Pool was very clean and well maintained, and so handy to have the bathroom and shower/rinse off right there at the entrance to the beach. Loved the ease of getting in and out of the condo and heading out for a fun day! Walking distance to a number of food options, but out of the busyness of the main boardwalk area. Loved the spot and what it offered! Condo was nice with a classic beach condo feel. Two beds/baths with the extra bunks was a great mix. A few things would make the stay even better: - Communication with the owner for check-in was a bit delayed and it was difficult to find the parking pass upon arrival - info about location buried in the check-out instructions and was not listed in other places as suggested. Contacted about 3 hours prior to check-in and again at check-in and didn't get a response until about 7pm. Figured it out but that could be improved. Once we found the pass, parking was easy/convenient! - Condo was clean but many pots, dishes, and kitchen items were not clean when we went to use them and required a thorough wash before using. Could be better for arrival. - The mattress in the hallway bedroom is super squeaky and would greatly benefit from a topper and/or to be replaced. + other minor improvements With these things said, overall wonderful location and stay! A few tweaks and it would make it even better!

Beach vacation

My husband, adult daughter and I, enjoyed our stay just steps from beach. The condo is very comfortable. The owner has made lovely updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. We encountered a problem that Paulette resolved immediately. If anyone in your party has special needs, tell the owner, so you can be informed about accessibility to the beach. This owner obviously cares about her visitors having a wonderful stay. Thanks to Paulette and Paul!

Look No Further…

We love Carolina Beach….this is our third time renting a VRBO….this condo is wonderful! The condo itself has plenty of room; comfortable sitting room; great kitchen. Sitting outside is lovely with a great view of the beach! Away from the hubbub but close enough to get to! Valerie is very nice; customer service A+! Oh if you are there on a Saturday morning..it’s a quick stroll to the farmer’s market! Would stay again! Thank you!

Carolina paradise

We had a great stay in Carolina, it was exactly as presented in the description on VRBO. The owner was prompt with responding to a problem with the air and sent someone out even on the holiday to correct the problem. The condo itself was great; the view, location to getting to the beach, the pool ( well maintained and clean), parking, keyless access to the condo was awesome, very clean. If any suggestions we had 2- the shower head in guest bathroom not very user friendly and caused water to be just warm, not hot ( but loved the shower remodel) and would be nice to have coffee table in living room. Neither of these took away from our experience and would definitely stay here again. Jeanette has a slice of Paradise with this unit!
