Semi detached house : Entrance via a veranda with garden furniture into the living room/lounge with fireplace, open equipped kitchen and dining area. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190). Shower room, dressing and independant wc. Garden (200m²), covered parking. Charges included. Bed linen provided, bathroom linen on request at an additional cost. Valderoure, Préalpes d'Azur Natural regional park. Quiet situation. 1 hour of all leisure and services of the French Riviera (Cannes), close to summer and winter resorts of Gréolières les Neiges, Caille/Andon/Thorenc Soleihas and the Verdon Natural Park. You will appreciate the beauty of the landscapes and the vast plain of Caille for a calm stay in the mountains. You can practice mountain biking on marked trails from Andon, snowshoeing or even learn about caving. The owner will give you the best information about the beautiful places to discover... Semi-detached house located in the heart of the Péalpes d'Azur near La Moulière and Audibergue
