Our apartment is located next to the newly built district office in 'city center Plauen. Tram station, shops, car parks, restaurants, theater and cinema are located within 1 - 5 minutes walking. It is a bright and sunny apartment (60sqm) in. 3 OG. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with open transition into the living room, generous dining area and comfortable sofa (with sleep function for 2 people - width 1.30m). A flat screen TV is available. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a tub and shower. It is a Non smoking apartment. Suitable for max. 4 people.

Top Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage (nur ca. 100m von Innenstadt, Fußgängerzone, Kino, Pizzeria etc.) , guter Empfang und Kontaktmöglichkeit bei Nachfragen. Einziges Manko ist die Parksituation (Innenstadtlage halt)

Spitzenstadt Plauen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die zentrale Lage zeichnet die Ferienwohnung aus. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Aufstieg in den 3. Stock ist jedoch eine Herausforderung, aber aufgrund der Wohnungsbeschreibung weiß man ja, worauf man sich einlässt. Im Vorfeld hätten wir uns gerne Informationen gewünscht, wie die Schlüsselübergabe vonstatten gehen soll. Auf meine Anfragen über FeWo Direkt bekam ich keine Antwort. Erst während unserer Anreise wurden wir von einer (uns unbekannten) Handynummer angerufen. Merkwürdig war auch, dass wir schon früher am Tage erwartet wurden, obwohl die Wohnung lt. Inserat erst ab 14h bezogen werden kann. Letztendlich hat alles aber wunderbar geklappt. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Schöner Kurzurlaub im Vogtland

Wir waren vom 3. bis 8. 6. in Plauen und Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung im der Nähe des Stadtzentrums hat uns gut gefallen, sie ist sehr schön, hell, groß, praktisch eingerichtet gemütlich. Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss (63 Treppenstufen!). Das Treppenhaus müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Wohnung wird von einer sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen Mieterin des Hauses betreut. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Super Lage, zweimal umfallen und man ist in der Einkaufsstraße. Parkplätze sind in ca. 300-600 m auch kostenfrei zu bekommen. Wohnung sehr gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man so brauchen könnte. Nur bei Hitze ist es sehr heiß, ist halt eine Dachwohnung. Sehr nette Nachbarin die sich um die Wohnung kümmert.

Sehr schöne FW im Zentrum von Plauen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sportlicher Aufstieg, da im dritten Stock eines historischen Wohnhauses mit hohen Stufen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur ein Toaster hat noch gefehlt. Die Wohnungsverwaltung hat eine sehr nette Mitbewohnerin im Haus inne. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.

Es war alles super, außer der Weg in die 3. Etage... Aber das macht man ja auch selten am Tag. Ich möchte aber gerne die Freundlichkeit und das problemlose der Verwalterin hervorheben. Die Wohnung ist einfach super, zentrale Lage, besser geht es nicht!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings bei den heißen Temperaturen unterm Dach wäre eine Klimaanlage ein Traum gewesen. Mit querlüften konnte man es aber gut aushalten. Wir würden und werden wahrscheinlich in Zukunft nochmals buchen.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke und trotzdem ruhig. Man kann wunderschöne Tagesausflüge unternehmen und abends das Stadtleben genießen.

Schlechte Luft in der Wohnung

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand . Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig . Wir waren im Juli da , die Tagestemperaturen lagen bei 24 Grad. In der Wohnung ist es unerträglich warm , auch Durchzug hat nicht geholfen. Dadurch war es unmöglich nachts gut zu schlafen. Es wäre eine Klimaanlage zu empfehlen.

Top Lage

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Innenstadt von Plauen ist komplett zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Einziger Minuspunkt ist dass der Fußboden etwas " schwimmt" und an einigen Stellen knarzt.

Wundervoller Kurzurlaub direkt im Plauener Zentrum

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser sauberen und großzügigen Wohnung im Dachgeschoss . Das Ein-und Auschecken verlief sehr unkompliziert. Auf Anfragen wurde schnell und freundlich geantwortet . Wir kommen garantiert wieder.
