4-star vacation on the High Fens: A perfect break in the Eifel!

Our 4-star holiday home "Zum Vennbiber", classified by the German Tourism Association, is only a few meters from Mützenicher Venn. The Eifelsteig, popular with hikers, runs right past the house. The holiday home was extensively renovated in 2015 and combines cosiness and comfort. It is for 2-4 people with modern facilities and in a beautiful location on the edge of the Hohes Venn nature park. A spacious garden surrounds the house and allows a variety of leisure activities. Hiking or cycling tours can be started directly from the house.

The RAVeL cycle path, completed in summer 2012, invites you to take carefree bike tours. The Vennbahn cycle path and other sights are in the immediate vicinity. Monschau and the Eifel National Park are only a few minutes away by car. The ideal starting point for hikers and nature lovers!

The house has about 70 square meters of living space. All living rooms are furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a single bed and the kitchen with an integrated living / dining area. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, egg and kettle, toaster and basic spices (salt, pepper, sugar).
The living area is comfortably and comfortably furnished including a digital satellite TV and a compact stereo system. A modern pellet stove also offers warmth and coziness in the cool seasons (pellets are provided). The living / dining room is flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. The approximately 20 square meter and south-facing wooden terrace can be entered from this room. Here you can have wonderful breakfast, reading, playing or barbecuing in the evening. Garden furniture, parasol and an electric grill are at your disposal. From the terrace you can reach the garden via a staircase.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. In front of the bedroom is a gallery with a sleeping / living / play area including another single bed. There is another television with satellite reception and a DVD player.

A private parking space is directly at the house. A lockable garage - e.g. B. for your brought bicycles or motorcycles - is also available. A washing machine and a small freezer can be used.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Unfortunately, the holiday home is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with us! Either 1 larger dog OR 2 small dogs are allowed.
