Good place, great location

I went with 3 friends and we stayed a whole week. The place had everything we needed and matches with the description. Ruth was always responsive. The location is really great, very near to the tram and you can go everywhere. I recommend this place.

Mogelpackung alt und zu teuer - nie wieder!

Abbildung suggeriert Neubau, Wohnung ist aber im Altbau links neben Hauseingang; alles sehr hellhörig; Haus- und Wohnungstür schäbig; kamen uns vor wie im Hostel - nachts laut, ständiges Kommen und Gehen und wechselnde Bewohner, meist jung und männlich. Wohnung selbst geht, Duschvorhang versifft, Fernseher geht nicht, WLAN ist langsam. Innenhof ist rumpelig, nichts zum gemütlichen Sitzen draußen. Sind sehr enttäuscht, hatten was Besseres für den hohen Preis erwartet und buchen das nie wieder!

Gast hat sich geärgert weil ich die Gebühr für den Hund eingefordert habe. Habe auch angemerkt, dass man Energie sparen soll. Hatten die Heizung auf 5 und das Fenster auf Kippe und das im August! Auf solche Gäste kann ich gern verzichten. Zum Glück sind nicht alle Gäste so

The appartament is new an have all necessary except some basically ingredients to cook like salt..

Berlin ist immer eine Reise wert

Selbstverständlich ist Berlin immer eine Reise wert. Wir suchten eine Unterkunft für ein paar Tage um uns in Berlin umzusehen, ein paar Freunde zu besuchen und ein wenig zu shoppen.....natürlich. Diese Wohnung war super gelegen (Tram gleich nebenan), alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch sind nur "um`s Eck" und es hat prima gepasst. Sehr sauber, alles fast wie neu, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super einfach und sehr angenehm. Gerne kommen wir wieder dahin bei einem unserer nächsten Besuche.
