Our lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the back of our garden on our residential property.
In two rooms you can spend your holiday all year round on the outskirts of Berlin, but easily accessible.
You will find another dining area in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, or you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace while barbecuing!
Relax and recover from your everyday stress or in the evening your "plaster-tired" legs from the day in the metropolis.
Only surrounded by one and two family houses in an absolutely private atmosphere, we are happy to give you daily tips for your next tours through Berlin. There is something for every taste, PROMISE!

Our stay in Kaulsdorf

This property had everything we needed for our stay. It is a 15 minute walk to the station and a 20 minute train ride to central Berlin. The property is warm and cosy so no issues keeping warm in winter.

Wir waren zwar nur 4 Tage dort, hauptsächlich zum schlafen, aber die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten dort alles was gebraucht wird. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher und kommunikativer Mann. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder und empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter

Die Kommunikation und die Betreuung des Gastgebers fanden wir super gut. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt war über die U- Bahnstation Hönow mit der Linie 5 gut. Dort parkt man kostenlos. Mit dem Auto ist der Parkplatz in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch am Ferienhaus parkt man kostenlos und findet immer eine Parkmöglichkeit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Menschen, die die Ruhe schätzen. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, etwas zurückgesetzt von der Straße. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus lädt zum Sitzen und Genießen ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen, und uns alles erklärt, sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung von Ausflügen angeboten. Jederzeit gern wieder!

Ruhiges Wohngebiet, schönes, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarer Gartenterrasse. Sympathische Vermieter, hilfsbereite Unterstützung und freundlicher Empfang. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in und um Berlin, top ist die Nähe zu den "Gärten der Welt". Gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt sehr idyllisch im Grünen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Ferienunterkunft verbracht und würden es immer wieder buchen. Es war alles vorhanden um ein paar Tage Innerhalb von 30 Minuten waren wir mit der S-Bahn am Alexanderplatz.

Lovely short stay

I was there with my brother for 3 nights. The stay was lovely, the location is easy to find and with the connection to the S5 train line you're basically set up to visit all the major spots without having to memorize a lot of the transit lines.We stayed there to go to two concerts and both locations were reachable via the S5 as well and getting back long after midnight was no issue!Andre was an amazing host with quick and helpful responses. I'd recommend it for anyone who's looking for a more quiet stay!!

Erholsame ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, und die Stadtmitte von Berlin ist trotzdem mit der S5 gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte an nichts, angefangen von Geschirrspültabs, Haushaltsrolle, Müllbeutel, Spültuch usw..

Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und ist ein Garant für gute Betreuung ! Die Kommunikation verlief immer reibungslos. Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Im Objekt befinden sich hilfreiche lokale Informationen in einem Gästeordner. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist fussläufig in 5 min gegeben, ebenfalls Geschäfte und Lokale. Also ein perfekter Startpunkt für Unternehmungen in Berlin und Umland. Es war eine sehr entspannte Zeit dort. Immer wieder gerne, wenn Bedarf besteht.
