The apartment is located in the small 10 000 Souls village Rödinghausen. Since the year 1980 Rödinghausen is a recognized health resort. Our beautiful apartment is located south at the foot of the Wiehengebirge. This superb location surrounded by greenery allows you to enjoy the sun all day long.

The apartment is fully equipped. Come in and be at home. The apartment is about 2 km from the center. It does not matter if you are doing sports or just want to relax. Restaurants, as well as various sports facilities (eg Fitness studios, bowling alleys, etc.) are just a few minutes drive from the apartment).

Einfach aber ausreichend

Es war alles sauber, das Bad ist neu renoviert. Die Küche ist einfach eingerichtet und für 4 Personen zum essen gerade groß genug. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Auf Fragen wurde im Vorfeld immer schnell geantwortet. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse direkt an Feldern und Wald.

Schöne Wohnung, traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und eingerichtet, es war alles für uns vorbereitet. Das Bad ist schön renoviert. Super Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Wohnung :-)

Ruhige Lage, mangelnde Pflege und Sauberkeit

Ideale, ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Betten bequem, Matratzen in Ordnung. Guter W-LAN-Empfang. Die Küche leider ungepflegt. Abgerissene Gardinen, verdreckte Töpfe und Pfannen im Schrank. Gläser und Backbleche von leichter Fettschicht überzogen. Im Küchenschrank angebrochene Lebensmittel. Im Geschirrspüler steckte benutztes Geschirr vom Vorgänger. Im Bad eine einzige kleine Glühbirne im Spiegelschrank, Schimmel an der Wand, Duschkopf kaputt, Badewanne verdreckt. Rostspuren im WC. Leider keine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen.
