Pass through the entrance door and discover a large living space of 25 m² opening directly onto the balcony with views of the harbour and beach. The kitchen, modern and open-plan, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

Share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the one on the balcony when weather permits. Extend your evenings in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.



The room is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be pushed together, as well as a wardrobe. The living room sofa is convertible and can accommodate a child.



The bathroom has a claw-foot bathtub with a step, a hairdryer and a toilet.



The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but "blue zone" parking spaces are available on the street and nearby.
