Stayed at this beautiful home with family for our son’s wedding. Great location half way between wedding venue and rehearsal dinner venue. House was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Grounds were very private and beautiful - even in the winter. The only negative was the driveway was hard to find at night, so we put up some temporary reflectors to help us see it (we’re old!), and that helped immensely. Communication with the owner was great (and easy). She really is very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Traveled to Texas for a wedding. Perfect accommodation and perfect location. The property has a beautiful back yard that we all enjoyed.

Thanks for choosing my home in Dripping Springs, and thanks for being a great guest and leaving my home in a nice condition. Would love to host you again.
Love the house and grounds! Perfect for ladies get together.
Enjoyed the house and it is well stocked. We explored the grounds and would love to know the history or details of how it came to have all the terraced rocks and other structures.

Thanks for choosing my home in Dripping Springs and so happy you enjoyed the house and the grounds! I loved sharing the space with you. I do not know much about the "history" of the rock formations that the original owner did to make it so unusual and enchanting!
Beautiful interior & exterior home! Very clean & was well stocked with kitchenware & linens. Also enjoyed sightseeing in the area.
Thanks to the owner for making our stay so enjoyable!

A great spot for seclusion, but close enough to civilization so as not to feel cut off. Amenities are great and responsiveness/communication of owner/reps was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and book today. We will be back!

This was definitely a hill country paradise! We stayed here for a vacation/family wedding. It was in a great location between Austin and Dripping Springs and we used it as a base to travel to other tourist areas close by. The house was just what we needed and we would definitely stay there again. A fun time was had by all!!!

I'm so delighted you had a great stay, and thanks for being a great guest! Would love to host you again.
The home has everything you need to enjoy a quick weekend getaway and is close to anywhere you'd want to go in Dripping Springs. There's enough room to have a fantastic backyard party - if that's your thing but we deliberately came alone to have a mom's weekend off and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for choosing my home in Dripping Spring, for taking time to let me know how you enjoyed your stay and thanks for being a great guest! Would love to have you return.
Our family had the pleasure of staying this past week for our teen’s spring break. The home and property are so beautiful. The location was wonderful, close to Austin but far enough way to enjoy the hill country scenery and make a day trip to Fredericksburg and surrounding. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was very well equipped. The yard and property is AMAZING! We spent so much time on the back patio watching deer and birds and listening to the water feature. Carol was very helpful and very responsive to our inquiries. We definitely would love to stay with you again!
Our family came to Dripping Springs to attend a wedding.
We chose the Hill Country Paradise Getaway. What a blessing. It was a perfect place for all of us to unwind together.
As you enter, you are surrounded by beautiful grounds. Everywhere you look, you find a new area to explore. We enjoyed multiple areas to catch up and to sit in the sunshine.
The gorgeous home was more than we could have asked for our brief visit. Anything you may need was available.
My only wish would be to visit in the spring when all the gardens were in full bloom.
We were in Dripping Springs for a family wedding.
The house is nice loved seeing the deer. We couldn’t figure out how to get any local channels (bad for football fans wanting to watch on a rainy day). The house is nice and clean a bit on tbt dark side with lighting. Pulling out of garage tricky and the gate to street was half working (we notified owner). All okay. Nice home

Thanks for choosing my home in Dripping Springs. Delighted you found the house nice and clean. I'm sorry you did not get the local channels. Guests need to go to the "Guide" on the TV, and then choose your channel from the guide. A lot of the lights are on dimmers, and hopefully with turning up the dimmers, the house is well lit. Thanks for letting me know about the gate, and I could not immediately get out a repairman to fix it. I'm glad you were still able to get in and out of the entrance, and it also helped the deer to get into the yard so you could enjoy them!
We knew this house would be beautiful and a wonderful oasis from the photos, and it was! The house and the grounds are absolutely lovely. The furnishings both inside and out are comfortable and well thought-out and make gathering inside or outside any part of the house easy and relaxed.
The landscaping is stunning, and makes for beautiful and interesting views out every window. (Which is, unfortunately for us, how we mostly had to experience it, as it was a rainy week!)
What really impressed me was the attention to small details, such as makeup mirrors in the bathrooms; extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc.; and every gadget and tool you might possibly need in the kitchen. I was amazed to find not only a kitchen scale when I needed one, but even extra batteries, which it needed. This was the best-outfitted kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation home.
Carol was quick to respond to any requests and questions, and really lovely to work with. We hope to be back soon!

Thanks for letting me know how much you enjoyed my beloved home in Dripping Springs, and thanks for being a great guest. I'm happy to have shared it with you and hope to host you again in the future. Enjoy your holidays.
I booked this home for my family that was in town for a wedding. Very close to the wedding venue and more than enough space to accommodate 6 adults.
Home was just as pretty as photos portray. We used all three bedrooms and had a blow up single mattress in the study. Beds were very comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets provided in closets. Kitchen was perfect for our use, and is stocked with loads of utensils, pots and pans, and all appliances you will need. My husband loved the outdoor area. Beautiful rock patio, including a grill that he used to cook on one night. Yard has walking paths, great rock landscaping and a large gazebo my sisters and I enjoyed hanging out in.
Location was perfect for us.
One afternoon we drove 20 miles to Wimberley for shopping and another day we visited Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.
Host Carol was quick to respond on email whenever I reached out. Overall our stay was great, no complaints and would definitely book again.

Wonderful Escape in the heart of Austin Hill Country
Absolutely wonderful and charming place to stay, in the heart of Austin's Hill Country. Very beautiful and spacious house with a stunning back yard. Very close to the many breweries, wineries, and distilleries located nearby. Bonnie/Carol very responsive to any need we had. That being said, there are a couple things you should know about the property.1. They do not have any standard TV service, so you will not be able to get network or standard cable stations (ABC, CBS, ESPN, TNT, Fox, etc...) You are expected to logon to your own provider or stream to the TV if you need this. We are a DirecTV family, so it was difficult for us, as the LG TV does not have a DirecTV app, nor does it allow streaming from our AppleTV. We eventually were able to get it by streaming from my laptop PC.2. The house next door does have 3-4 dogs that they let run around the back yard most of the day and they do bark frequently. So while the backyard is beautiful, it was seldom quiet. Not the owner's fault, but something you should be aware of. Neither one of these is enough to knock my overall assessment from 5 stars though. We would easily rent this property again on our return trip.

Delighted you enjoyed my home in Dripping Springs and all that the surrounding area has to offer! Thanks for being great guests and respecting my home.
Apologies that you were not overjoyed with the TV service. You are the first guest to mention it, and I will check into what we can do for future guests. I know my manager did offer her log-in info to you. And you get the prize for firsts here! We have not had any past guests complain about barking dogs; however, I will also chat with my neighbors about her dogs and see if she can be more courteous to my guests. I would love to share my home with you again in the future!
We absolutely loved this home! The home was clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the back yard is gorgeous! We wish we would have stayed longer!
I was captivated by the extensive rock formations throughout the property, the outdoor living areas, and the perfect layout of the house.
Why they chose this property
Being so close to what Dripping Springs has to offer, from the wineries and breweries and great restaurants and also the close proximity to Austin made this house very enticing.
What makes this property unique
Enjoying nature as I do, seeing the deer passing by and all the birds that are attracted here made this house a great choice for the nature-lover me.
