Beautifully updated, spacious 2 bedroom plus loft with King bed and 2 bathroom condo with views of the intercoastal and the gulf! This unit is a 2 minute walk to the white sand and peaceful waves of Indian Shores. Enjoy sunrises with our comp coffee station and no need to over pack; we have in-unit laundry! Newly updated heated pool and grill. Restaurants, bars, Sunday market, beach store and convenience shops all within walking distance! **Please note this is a second floor unit with no elevator**

-Early Check In or Late Check out is based on availability, at time of booking. There is a fee of $25.

-For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop off isn’t allowed. The cleaning crew cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ belongings. Thank you for understanding!


-Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS SIX. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded.

Wonderful place near the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean, as described and right across the street from the beach. Lots of little extras provided (Coffee pods, laundry detergent, beach towels etc). Property managers were fantastic about replying back to any needs very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

This was a nice spot, close to the beach and public access without the price of being right on the water. The photos were spot on. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and sand toys we could utilize as well. It was so convenient and helpful. Beds were comfortable too. It was a great stay!

Indian Shores Condo

Nice property close to beach. It is located on second floor without elevator so access could be a challenge for some folks. Check in directions could have been clearer as photos sent with check in instructions showed a lock box and “electronic” door lock with numbers illuminated. Actual door lock numbers were not illuminated and did not illuminate until black/blank pad was touched in a specific location. Took several minutes and a call to owner before we figured it out. Owner did respond almost immediately and helped. Chalk it up to one of those things that seem obvious when you’re familiar but not so obvious the first time you see it. In any case aside from that initial bump in the road as was well.
