Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and wonderful gulf views make Casablanca perfect for friends or family. The property resides on a beachfront location, and is only minutes from Clearwater, Tampa Bay, and St. Petersburg.

The condo is fully furnished complete with kitchen, bath and bedding amenities. You will enjoy the proximity of our beachfront condo to many championship golf courses, parks, playgrounds, theatres & everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer.

FLVR IRB Trip July '23

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Service of FLVR rental associate Cathy was superb. Her co worker Sirrea alao helpful. Unit location nice.

Casablanca 402

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of the condo! We love the layout of the condo. We love that it has a pool. We love it has a wood bridge to beach. Overall we have loved our vacation in this unit. Property description was accurate. We plan to return for many years and would recommend. However there are a few improvements we hope to see before next year. Needs some paint on scratched walls, dishwasher needs to be replaced, sofas are not so comfortable(Maybe get two comfy recliners or chairs) , needs new chair in master, mattress could use update as it is a little hard,and it is not possible to watch tv in family room unless you are subscribed to apps. As I said we love this condo and if these suggestions are implemented I would rate it 5 stars❣️❣️

Casablanca review for unit 402

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The linens for the beds need to be upgraded some have burn marks on them, the bedspreads look like they have never been washed.i know for a fact that one of the twin bedspreads still has dirt on it that was on it last year when we came in. The pillow on the twin bed is ripping apart. The towels are old and scratchy. I found dust bunnies under all of the beds. Housekeeping is not the greatest here. I come in and clean and usually leave it cleaner then when we came in. The place needs alot of updating for what the price is going to be for next year. We have been staying here for 5 years but this is our last year we are moving on.
